The entire Sparkpost team is always there for our clients last minute needs and changes and makes what could be a difficult situation work exceptionally well. We love the Signal Analytics that comes with the account and hope to someday grow to where we can add in some more of the professional delivery services.

Port25 renewal process and is top notch. Port25 support team has always been top notch. Seems this trend has also moved to renewals. The new renewal team (or new for me) reached out to me, extended our license for a short period without me asking in order to accommodate the US Mail and has strong follow up. We’ve used the product for years and always had great product performance and continual improvement. The new focus on renewal process is a sign that this software firm is applying best practices to all areas of operation. Bravo!

Over the years we have seen great product improvements, some of which we were given an opportunity to provide feedback on prior to launch which has always been taken seriously. In addition to their support team, we have been extremely impressed with how well other teams at Sparkpost have partnered with us when issues have come up. Their Technical Account Managers and Deliverability Teams are made up great folks who are always willing to advocate for us or hop on a call to work something out. Horrible company that condones spammers… Horrible company that condones spammers and doesn't accept emails to their abuse email address advertised on the website. When you report a spammer they immediately reject the email to their abuse address. This company is in violation of the federal CAN-SPAM act and should be shut down by the FTC.
