Over the years we have seen great product improvements, some of which we were given an opportunity to provide feedback on prior to launch which has always been taken seriously. In addition to their support team, we have been extremely impressed with how well other teams at Sparkpost have partnered with us when issues have come up. Their Technical Account Managers and Deliverability Teams are made up great folks who are always willing to advocate for us or hop on a call to work something out. Very Bad Customer Support Our company had multiple accounts with them and we started using Sparkpost but the company suspended all accounts at once and after discussing this I told them to refund but they didn't instead they stopped talking and closed the accounts.
