All sparkpost email goes to my spam… All sparkpost email goes to my spam filters. It is therefore a waste of time and money for anyone who is sending me stuff through their platform. I wouldn't be interested in anything offered by an organisation foolish enough to use it so seems like a pointless business from where I'm sitting.

No way to contact the company We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service! I had never heard of DKIM before, but they helped me generate a key, send it over to our devops to add it to our DNS, and validate it in Sparkpost in no time. Very quick back and forth.

Literally the worst Literally the worst. Do not waste time and money on them. The support is good for nothing. 1 whole day with their support repeating the same steps over and over again but still not able to setup account. Took 2 mins with mailgun to do the same. Wasted 1 day of my life. AVOID SPARKPOST.

Stellar Support and Reliable Platform! Sparkpost's support and general service is always stellar. They consistently go above and beyond and are quick to reply to our support inquiries. Over the years we have seen great product improvements, some of which we were given an opportunity to provide feedback on prior to launch which has always been taken seriously. In addition to their support team, we have been extremely impressed with how well other teams at Sparkpost have partnered with us when issues have come up. Their Technical Account Managers and Deliverability Teams are made up great folks who are always willing to advocate for us or hop on a call to work something out. As a longtime user of the platform, we feel fully supported by both the people of Sparkpost as well as the platform. Would highly recommend them as a service provider!
