No way to contact the company We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.

When you report a spammer they immediately reject the email to their abuse address. This company is in violation of the federal CAN-SPAM act and should be shut down by the FTC.
