GBNo way to contact the company We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.

GBAll sparkpost email goes to my spam… All sparkpost email goes to my spam filters. It is therefore a waste of time and money for anyone who is sending me stuff through their platform. I wouldn't be interested in anything offered by an organisation foolish enough to use it so seems like a pointless business from where I'm sitting.

INLiterally the worst Literally the worst. Do not waste time and money on them. The support is good for nothing. 1 whole day with their support repeating the same steps over and over again but still not able to setup account. Took 2 mins with mailgun to do the same. Wasted 1 day of my life. AVOID SPARKPOST.

GBAmazing customer service! Amazing customer service! I had never heard of DKIM before, but they helped me generate a key, send it over to our devops to add it to our DNS, and validate it in Sparkpost in no time. Very quick back and forth.

GBAbsolute garbage company Absolute garbage company! How the heck do we stop spam from your servers? I'm getting sick of my email address and details being passed around (violating GDPR) from one spammer to the next, all helped along by this bunch of cowboys.
