GBPort25 renewal process and is top notch. Port25 support team has always been top notch. Seems this trend has also moved to renewals. The new renewal team (or new for me) reached out to me, extended our license for a short period without me asking in order to accommodate the US Mail and has strong follow up. We’ve used the product for years and always had great product performance and continual improvement. The new focus on renewal process is a sign that this software firm is applying best practices to all areas of operation. Bravo!

GBmy account was deleted Hello, I can't access my account. password reset is not working. Why. Did I pay that much money for nothing? I couldn't even use it. after trying the test account. we upgraded. When we tried it, it wasn't logging in with smtp. And we couldn't get into our account either. Why

PKVery Bad Customer Support Our company had multiple accounts with them and we started using Sparkpost but the company suspended all accounts at once and after discussing this I told them to refund but they didn't instead they stopped talking and closed the accounts.
