Horrible company that condones spammers… Horrible company that condones spammers and doesn't accept emails to their abuse email address advertised on the website. When you report a spammer they immediately reject the email to their abuse address. This company is in violation of the federal CAN-SPAM act and should be shut down by the FTC.

Absolute garbage company Absolute garbage company! How the heck do we stop spam from your servers? I'm getting sick of my email address and details being passed around (violating GDPR) from one spammer to the next, all helped along by this bunch of cowboys.

Sparkpost is the Best Sparkpost is the best email marketing platform that is available in this cluttered market. Their support team understand the query from always strives to provide the best solution for us. I like signals which is one of the best in class for an email marketing which can predict the health score upfront and take corrective actions in the upcoming campaigns.

Very Bad Customer Support Our company had multiple accounts with them and we started using Sparkpost but the company suspended all accounts at once and after discussing this I told them to refund but they didn't instead they stopped talking and closed the accounts.

Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received.
