I am Daily reporting spammers that use… I am Daily reporting spammers that use SPARKPOST and they do nothing about it. Never trust a company that spams and never trust a company that allows spamming via their system !

Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received.

We have been using Sparkpost for… We have been using Sparkpost for delivery of one of our most important customers. The entire Sparkpost team is always there for our clients last minute needs and changes and makes what could be a difficult situation work exceptionally well. We love the Signal Analytics that comes with the account and hope to someday grow to where we can add in some more of the professional delivery services.

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service! I had never heard of DKIM before, but they helped me generate a key, send it over to our devops to add it to our DNS, and validate it in Sparkpost in no time. Very quick back and forth.

No way to contact the company We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.
