I've been activating the link to reset… I've been activating the link to reset my password for 4 days, but it never arrives. I also wrote an email from their site, the confirmation didn't even arrive. Terrible service and scam

Scam Scam. I would give one star if I could. Seeing the free version only has one country set up for it, I chose to try and get the pro. It asked for my email, which I gave. Then paid $13.56. I found that weird considering it only says $10 but whatever. Once I tried to log in it asked for a password although it didn't give that option when I signed up for the pro which was paid for. I requested a new password and the link was sent to my email, and it only took me back to the log in page. DO NOT BUY!

Ignoring payment for renewed sub Renewed my subscription, I paid for a year and they cancelled my subscription saying I haven't paid. They actually tried to charge me again 5-6 more times, good thing my bank blocked them. They are not getting back to my emails which means I paid for a service I can't use.

If this is so then why should we pay for the subscription and we can't control the subscription even after sending email via their contact form we didn't get any acknowledgement that they have received our email nor I get any call from their representative after many days. So, how could we know, our subscription has stopped and they didn't auto deduct on next renewal date.
