IECrappy work practises, customer service person terrible attitude Bought this in November 2021 and used it roughly twice. Didn't think much of it as it was only €12. They auto-renewed themselves in Nov22. Fine, it's only €12. Tried to use the service that they're charging me for, couldn't log in. They claimed to have no record of my email address, so i emailed them with proof i was a registered user. They then send me two new "renewal processed/payment received" emails dated today. I asked them why they were charging me again and the customer service person was extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not provide a name (probably because they know they're an unprofessional S.O.B.). I asked them to refund me and they refused. They should absolutely be able to refund me at LEAST 10 of the 12 months since i csn't use it. I cannot use it, nor do i even want to now, yet i've been charged at least twice, likely 3 times. Fk this company.

GBAbsolutely useless I thought I'd give this a try for personal use, but I've had nothing but major issues with this. Like many other people, I haven't been able to contact the company about cancelling my subscription, but I've also had and still have issues with trying to edit Wikipedia pages. I've been a keen editor on there for some time, but this VPN just cripples me from being able to access the editing due to the blocks that I physically can't get rid of. Thanks for nothing!

GBYou people are con-artists You people are con-artists. You accepted my payment, acknowledged receipt, via email, but produced NOTHING. Within 14 hours, I will be reporting you to my bank for wire fraud.

NGEvery timeTotally Useless and waste of money when I use the service we… Every time when I use the service we get caught like open VPN services. If this is so then why should we pay for the subscription and we can't control the subscription even after sending email via their contact form we didn't get any acknowledgement that they have received our email nor I get any call from their representative after many days. So, how could we know, our subscription has stopped and they didn't auto deduct on next renewal date.

SEScam!? Won't reply when trying to cancel subscription. I have tried to cancel my subscription two times over the course of two weeks, but they won't answer at all. Stay away!
