They have a chat service where the support staff don't actually want to help and when they do it's a link that directs you to a page that's similar to your enquiry. Useless and lazy

jiovo chat is a joke jiovo chat is a joke. this company supports crypto scam companies such as DECKER LIMITED.. They send back messages weeks later asking " hi sir, what can we help with " after receiving a very detailed question. They must be getting a piece of the SCAM

Support is 1 star. They will jot respond and you attempt to contact through that app it’s blocked. Recommendation: find another. There are many of these companies
