I was having issues with my social media messengers, and JivoChat came the the recue. The deployment was quick and easy. The mobile apps are perfect. Everything works as it is supposed to.

Poor Customer Support/Product is Meh WARNING: This company doesn't honor customers' requests to delete their account information and they are a company outside of the US. Their customer support could really use some improvement. The product requires a code to be emailed to you to delete your account (a bad user experience). I never received the email (after three tries). I was chatting with someone for longer than 5 minutes (should have taken less than one minute to do) and she never resolved my issue. Maybe she was new or was a robot.
