#1Read me - Important #1 - Jivo Chat Phone does not have Voicemail #2 - The business email is not email (you have to forward your email to Jivo Chat and email customers back from a different email). #3 if agents do not close the chat all communication (text, calls and emails) will come to that agent even if they are texting/calling a different number. #4 Jivo Chat will not refund any money (I paid for 1 year for 5 agents after looking at all of the Jivo Chat Features that are not actually there, used it for 14 days and no refund for any portion of the money paid). This may be good for Webchat (I did not try the Webchat) but is not good for a business communication solution.

Charged me twice and one month later… Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.

Excellent features with a very tiny… Excellent features with a very tiny price. Only one buggy features so far and it's not much. Frankly bravo. Regarding the support, on my case it was excellent. Keep the hard work team Jivo !

Took over AOL on my desktop; Yikes-close call Somehow these people got into AOL software when I needed AOL support. They even used the AOL logo to create a shortcut on my desktop. Fortunately, I "smelled something wrong" when they asked for $100 plus and shut my desktop down immediately. Like another reviewer said, this company needs to be investigated for fraud.

A good product but poor support I find the chat software overall very good. I tried a few but liked this one. However, it does have bugs but I always think it is how they respond to resolving those bugs that counts. I reported to them a spelling mistake followed by a more serious issue where when I type a reply to a chat request in my on screen box on my PC it ghosts or overwrites itself. To try to convey this to !you what that means is at this point my cursor whould not be where the exclamation mark is above and I would be overwriting my own typed text. This really confuses the reply because you cannot read as you go along what you are writing and as we deal with computer issues sometimes those replies are challenging. I reported the issue to JivoChat and sent them a video of the issue. Aboue 2 weeks later I chased them up by email and they asked "what issue" and "can I tell them about it" I replied but they did not respond. I left it another couple of weeks and then jumped on the chat support and challenged them saying that if they could not fix it then I would like a refund. Turned out they had fixed it but had not told me. It is early days and so we will see what happens. I like the product and give it 4 stars However the support is really poor and for that I give them 1 star. So 2.5 stars but as I can only give 2 or 3 stars on this site then 3 it will be.
