GBThe app is fine they have changed what… The app is fine they have changed what features are available for free over time. I’ve been a pro user then let it lapse with the intent of renewing. Support is 1 star. They will jot respond and you attempt to contact through that app it’s blocked. Recommendation: find another. There are many of these companies

GB#1Read me - Important #1 - Jivo Chat Phone does not have Voicemail #2 - The business email is not email (you have to forward your email to Jivo Chat and email customers back from a different email). #3 if agents do not close the chat all communication (text, calls and emails) will come to that agent even if they are texting/calling a different number. #4 Jivo Chat will not refund any money (I paid for 1 year for 5 agents after looking at all of the Jivo Chat Features that are not actually there, used it for 14 days and no refund for any portion of the money paid). This may be good for Webchat (I did not try the Webchat) but is not good for a business communication solution.

GBCharged me twice and one month later… Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.

CAIt doesn't work It doesn't work. It will not let me even sign in and there's no support all you get is just a robot that doesn't even know how to answer your questions

AUThe worst customer experience The worst customer experience. I have been on multiple review sites and it appears this is a common issue. They have a chat service where the support staff don't actually want to help and when they do it's a link that directs you to a page that's similar to your enquiry. Useless and lazy
