NOThis is the best free live chat plugin… This is the best free live chat plugin I’ve ever used! Easy to set up and use. I got alot of websites but not really high payment so I love that you can have unlimited websites in this package (even free!). Still tho, the PRO function is cheap enough for anyone to use and you'll just increase the seats whenever you get a new agent on board with you. Support also helps free users, fast answer. I am using WordPress and love JivoChat! :)

GBThe app is fine they have changed what… The app is fine they have changed what features are available for free over time. I’ve been a pro user then let it lapse with the intent of renewing. Support is 1 star. They will jot respond and you attempt to contact through that app it’s blocked. Recommendation: find another. There are many of these companies

FRExcellent features with a very tiny… Excellent features with a very tiny price. Only one buggy features so far and it's not much. Frankly bravo. Regarding the support, on my case it was excellent. Keep the hard work team Jivo !

DEUseless software Useless software - offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short. Client will not get an error message but connection fails. - customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. It is a black box. - chats should be delivered by email as important informations about the chat (like the URL the client visited or the source of the client) is not included in the chat archive. In 40% of the cases the emails are not sent by the Jivochat system. - If one is signed in on two devices, like desktop and mobile, and you sign out the status is changing on both devices, showing you are offline. As it should be. But still clients see you online and message are delivered. Status is automatically switchin back to online. - If you are signed in on a mobile device and one tries to accept an incoming chat, it often takes 2-3 minutes until one can answer the clients request. With this time delay a client is often gone from the chat. UPDATE after customer service reply: nothing changed, I was not contacted by customer service as mentioned below and the problems still exists the same way. Have not changed my mind at all

GBCharged me twice and one month later… Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.
