They have a chat service where the support staff don't actually want to help and when they do it's a link that directs you to a page that's similar to your enquiry. Useless and lazy

use Jivochat if you wish to lose… use Jivochat if you wish to lose customers and face disputes their chat always gets down and they are very poor and highly poop service

jiovo chat is a joke jiovo chat is a joke. this company supports crypto scam companies such as DECKER LIMITED.. They send back messages weeks later asking " hi sir, what can we help with " after receiving a very detailed question. They must be getting a piece of the SCAM
