GBPoor Customer Support/Product is Meh WARNING: This company doesn't honor customers' requests to delete their account information and they are a company outside of the US. Their customer support could really use some improvement. The product requires a code to be emailed to you to delete your account (a bad user experience). I never received the email (after three tries). I was chatting with someone for longer than 5 minutes (should have taken less than one minute to do) and she never resolved my issue. Maybe she was new or was a robot.

GBCharged me twice and one month later… Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.

CYWhat a pile of absolute garbage What a pile of absolute garbage, cant even have staff login on time for work because they want 29$ per agent per month and if one doesnt logout then your screwed. Just a hastle for customers who are paying, its also terrible to use, when you think of the likes of tawk.to which is FREE and unlimited users and even Tidio isnt as expensive.... just rubbish, avoid and use their trial first, guarantee you wont buy it.

THEasy and Mature Livechat with extra features JivoChat is a simple Livechat with features that can be implemented and get started in minutes. I was having issues with my social media messengers, and JivoChat came the the recue. The deployment was quick and easy. The mobile apps are perfect. Everything works as it is supposed to.

GBuse Jivochat if you wish to lose… use Jivochat if you wish to lose customers and face disputes their chat always gets down and they are very poor and highly poop service
