Just a hastle for customers who are paying, its also terrible to use, when you think of the likes of tawk.to which is FREE and unlimited users and even Tidio isnt as expensive.... just rubbish, avoid and use their trial first, guarantee you wont buy it.

Took over AOL on my desktop; Yikes-close call Somehow these people got into AOL software when I needed AOL support. They even used the AOL logo to create a shortcut on my desktop. Fortunately, I "smelled something wrong" when they asked for $100 plus and shut my desktop down immediately. Like another reviewer said, this company needs to be investigated for fraud.
