CAFraud alert! Bitcoin Whatever you do, there is a scam with a so called trading company called Century BTC Option. Do not buy anything they will take your money and want more and more. They use fraudulent phone numbers and address. FRANGEL is there only jivochat customer service agent. She will con you out of a lot of money and you will never see it again. This is a fraudulent website. They should be reported. to

GBTook over AOL on my desktop; Yikes-close call Somehow these people got into AOL software when I needed AOL support. They even used the AOL logo to create a shortcut on my desktop. Fortunately, I "smelled something wrong" when they asked for $100 plus and shut my desktop down immediately. Like another reviewer said, this company needs to be investigated for fraud.

GBA good product but poor support I find the chat software overall very good. I tried a few but liked this one. However, it does have bugs but I always think it is how they respond to resolving those bugs that counts. I reported to them a spelling mistake followed by a more serious issue where when I type a reply to a chat request in my on screen box on my PC it ghosts or overwrites itself. To try to convey this to !you what that means is at this point my cursor whould not be where the exclamation mark is above and I would be overwriting my own typed text. This really confuses the reply because you cannot read as you go along what you are writing and as we deal with computer issues sometimes those replies are challenging. I reported the issue to JivoChat and sent them a video of the issue. Aboue 2 weeks later I chased them up by email and they asked "what issue" and "can I tell them about it" I replied but they did not respond. I left it another couple of weeks and then jumped on the chat support and challenged them saying that if they could not fix it then I would like a refund. Turned out they had fixed it but had not told me. It is early days and so we will see what happens. I like the product and give it 4 stars However the support is really poor and for that I give them 1 star. So 2.5 stars but as I can only give 2 or 3 stars on this site then 3 it will be.

CYWhat a pile of absolute garbage What a pile of absolute garbage, cant even have staff login on time for work because they want 29$ per agent per month and if one doesnt logout then your screwed. Just a hastle for customers who are paying, its also terrible to use, when you think of the likes of tawk.to which is FREE and unlimited users and even Tidio isnt as expensive.... just rubbish, avoid and use their trial first, guarantee you wont buy it.
