Password Boss is an excellent Tool to… Password Boss is an excellent Tool to manage and store all your Passwords. It has a cool Password generator as well as an efficient system to manage your Passwords in different folders. Options to store your Financial information in Digital Wallets, Save Secure Notes and have multiple Identities is a cool feature to have. The best thing I liked was the excellent Support. I had a few issues that I reached out to the Customer Support and the resolution was fast and efficient. This is a must-have tool on your System as well as your Mobile.

Horrible company..Buyers BEWARE Horrible company. I bought lifetime access and when I have to reinstall windows and reinstall program. I could not do it as they say " After you have added 3 devices to your account you will have reached the limit on the license you purchased. If you will be using more than 3 devices, then a standard subscription may be a better fit for you. " So if you have to re-install for any reason ,, eg changed your phone, change your laptop, upgrade your OS in your laptop or have to reinstall for any reason.. you lose you access as you wont be able to get your access back. I wont recommend ever, i lost my money to this company .Buyers BEWARE. Plus Browser extension only work if you have application installed in your PC ,, means it will not work in your work laptop if you have have extension( as i cannot install Passwordboss locally in my password + it will count as one more installation which you do not have privilege to install)

Very generous company who's policy to… Very generous company who's policy to enable Not for Profits to have free accounts has enabled us to commit to and obtain password security. Haven't been using them for long, so unable to give 5 star yet, but so far they have been extremely responsive to questions/problems, and very friendly. In just the past few days of using have noticed some syncing and other small bugs with product, but haven't brought them to company to address yet - will be doing so soon. Despite software bugs, highly recommend to others looking for a solution to their password problems.

Black hole for data you never want to see again, use only if you want to stress test your life or business After using this software among my team for a painstaking 1.5+ years we have given up. The software is horrendously slow, crashes constantly on any OS and platform, sharing is a nightmare, security is lacking. More times than we can count the software has had a glitch or bug (sometimes inherent in the design) that has rolled back our credentials to older data that is no-longer accurate. And we have experienced more accidental purges of some, most and even ALL of our data more times than we can count. The company still does not have a system in place to log or track what is happening at any given time, so neither can they help you find out what happened, recover or even troubleshoot themselves. Their backups don't backup all of the database data, and restores don't work. EVERY initiation of a ticket results in a quick blame any issues on 3rd party AV or whatever they can. Then when it is finally proven that it is their software, they are apathetic. Steve Wise the owner/founder is fully aware of all issues and is partly in denial as he occasionally comes back with "we found the bug and fixed it" responses, only to have a repeat a couple weeks later. After so much gross negligence with their software purging our data we sent their contract to legal review who say that "fine print" nullifies them of all responsibility to provide the very core of the services that their product claims to provide. This product is NOT safe or ready for production and anyone that uses it should proceed with severe caution. Further, since PB's marketing team is quick to respond and call bad reviews lies, if anyone questions any of this, reach out to me and I will forward the tickets and examples.
