SGRidiculous Ridiculous. They stated as unlimited email sending and now they start limiting the emails you can send per month and charge you extra money when you go over that limit. Never ever believe their claim of "unlimited email sending"

GBI have LOVED my Send Lane experience as… I have LOVED my Send Lane experience as a subscriber. The email build designs, structure and functional options are very good and the report gives you everything you need to analyse and respond to different responses - to any type of engagement. BEST OF ALL though is their customer service. I have had instant replies every time to my chat questions ... and they have spent as long as it takes to help me do something - or give me the clear answer straight off. I have been with Mail Chimp for a long time and I am really pleased I changed to Send Lane.

SKVery poor support Very poor support, we just started to work with app and information given us by support and product support manager was different. F.e. once you have account with your email, its not possible to get user role for other account (even if the previous account was deleted). Product manager told us it was possible, support on chat told us its not possible because it is the way how their system works.

GBTheir system is full of bugs and they… Their system is full of bugs and they wanted me to keep paying full price while being their test dummy. Their customer service only knows what is available in public documentations. They will keep repeating the same points not listening to your problems. Plenty of competitors out there for less money and better service.

GBTerrible Terrible, signed up didn't send a single email and they said im banned and they won't refund the price, will do a chargeback to get my money back
