I purchased and installed Bark parental… I purchased and installed Bark parental controls for my pre-teen and have had nothing but issues with it. Half the time the app fails to monitor and report in with zero tampering by my child. Their iOS monitoring is a joke as it requires the computer monitoring the device to be connected to the same wireless network for any of the features to work. Children can too easily circumvent monitoring by making minor changes to phone settings outside of Bark. I canceled my annual subscription after only 3 months and they said the service wouldn't re-bill on the 1 year anniversary, but made ZERO offers to give a prorated refund. This app and it's company are a waste of time and money and do NOT keep my child any safer than leaving the phone wide open. It gives the parents a FALSE sense of security at best. If you truly want to keep your children safe, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE
