USOf my experiences with support Of my experiences with support, they have been somewhat quick to respond and most importantly patient with my issues which were really just tech questions on features. My first issue was resolved quickly. I was very specific with my question. My next issue was a question about a new tech feature. However, my question was not as detailed, so it took two emails to confirm the answer to my question.
