ESThe plugin is great but service is not good The plugin is great, the support is bad. It took 3 weeks and they needed my staging copy of my website to provide and information they were supposed to know I just copy the last of several emails: Hiand it tooks 3 weeks to discover this?"In regards to the issue with the quiz not showing under the lesson, that is actually not a bug, it is how LearnDash works when you have Video Progression enabled. " and did you need my database? This confirm your customer service is not good at all, it can't take 3 weeks to provide such information And:why I have a lesson where I don't have the progression bar on and still the quizdoesn't show under the lesson ?and why the quiz is shown under the quiz if I am logged in ? GBHorrible headache software / plugin I don't even know what to say. It took a very long time to get the hang of LearnDash, which is something you'll be required to do on your own. Their limited training modules or info out there is outdated and mostly does not include the many issues, bugs, critical crashes and more that will come up with this product. When it works, it works, but when it doesn't it just doesn't and there is no help - because if you email them you'll get an automated response, that for me usually leads to someone a few days later who is clueless. Very time consuming, annoying support system. I know it's possible to get better support but that is not a priority with LearnDash. Right now the pdf previewer just doesn't work. You risk becoming exhausted dealing with this buggy, unpredictable, many times unstable product. I basically hate it but haven't found anything else. It's like a monopoly or something. Be prepared.

KEThe learndash support team is prompt and professional The learndash support team is prompt, knowledgeable and patient with its clients. In one word, professional. All issues are resolved in one email interaction.

GBSupport is now improving Also see update further down - I wish that when I was doing due diligence before choosing LearnDash, that I had been able to track down some reviews. The support really is as bad as the other reviewers have said. They also like to play "pass the buck" as a way of absolving themselves of responsibility. Some folks in the Facebook group have apparently had good support and even rave about it.... maybe it all depends what the issue is and whether they feel like dealing with it. After my first support query, I was told they had never heard of the issue. I then asked in the Facebook group and it turns out that it is an issue going back a very long time with many affected. So honesty is not a motto here. Query number two: They initially tried to blame other plugins on my site... fortunately one of these companies who provide a FREE plugin and excellent support, also gave me exactly the info I needed to make sure LearnDash accepted responsibility. So once they realised it was their fault, they said very little apart from they will look into it. I worked on other things as this was a major problem for me. Three weeks passed and I heard nothing. Eventually I emailed them to ask what was happening and I was told the issue is resolved and...sure enough it was. Courtesy is therefore also too much to expect. They frankly do not care about their customers at all. Support usually takes two working days to get back to you and has never been very helpful or knowledgable. There is also not a ticket system, so keeping track of queries and past issues is a case of keeping emails in a folder. All in all not a very professional outfit at all. They do not personally do any support in their Facebook group, but there are some very helpful, kind and experienced LearnDash users in there that are far more useful than LearnDash themselves. If you feel like rolling the dice, definitely use the FB group as a resource. There may not actually be anything better unless you pay a lot more. It is just shocking how a company can rely on unpaid users to do their support. As a user, I am just eternally grateful such people exist and are so willing to support others on their journey. LearnDash has recently been taken over, so there may be a chance things could improve.... eventually. I also wish I had gone with Thrive Themes and their Apprentice plugin, but at the time I test drove it, it was not compatible with Woo Commerce and their support seemed slow too. It seems expecting support from paid plugins is a bridge too far. 1.11.23 Things have improved While the original experiences with LD can't be changed, things have certainly improved, so I am adding an extra star for that. I am still using the product and for the most part things are ok. Maybe not stellar, but ok.

SGBuying LD is like buying an empty house⦠Buying LD is like buying an empty house that doesn't even have doors, windows, stair, kitchen and bathroom. No instructor marketplace, therefore no frontend course builder, no option to set discounted price ..etc. You have to buy so many other plug-ins and subscriptions. The price is also super expensive. In my opinion, they don't deserve to be at this position in the market. The become popular because of paid bias reviews, aggressive marketing and of course, their selling together strategy with other plug-ins in the market.
