Spectrum internet and mobile is a lair… Spectrum internet and mobile is a lair and. Cheater! I’ve been with spectrum for a long long time and I’ve been promised to be given my disabled discount and I still haven’t got it! I’ve been a loyal customer for so many years you would think that a company as shady and messed up as spectrum would recognize loyalty and take care of us but NOOOOO they still continue to raise the prices for disabled veteran like me which makes it almost impossible to be able to pay and I’m told they are suppose to be giving me the rate for us veterans’ gets but I’ve never got it and that makes it so bad that I have to cancel the service’s for a month so that I can start over at the start up rate to be able to pay for it and still for the 15/20 yrs Ive been with them and they still screw me over and over! This is how they make their money off the backs of the disabled that can’t really pay what is being asked and I’ve been with them no matter what bc it’s the only company that has decent service that works! I’ve been with them even after they continue TO NOT GIVE ME THE DISABLED DISCOUNT THAT OTHER DISABLE HAVE been given, my friend is getting it! For all that is fair and right I’m begging you spectrum to stop screwing the people that have been standing by you even when they have struggled to pay a bill that’s just shy of $200 and that’s for service that’s unreliable! For internet I need to have to communicate with my doctors on a daily basis for survival! I’m a disabled veteran and I know for a fact that us veterans are suppose to be given a special rate and till this day I’ve never been able to get it!

Switching to Windstream Internet is down again. Support is useless and still down. Company cannot support customers. Switching to Windstream today!

Spectrum - outstandingly bad service provider Spectrum truly has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It doesn't matter if its a store, or online, its always the same. Todays fun event - Spectrum contacts me saying it needs to perform essential maintenance on my system, I make an appointment - today and am given a window 11-12. And - surprise, they guy doesn't show. On their online tracker is shows he's at my house, but he's not. I call the helpline - they tell me here's here. I assure them he's not. They tell me they will find out what's happening and call my back within 90minutes. Two hours later not having had a callback (surprise!) I call again to be told the technician rang the doorbell but there was no answer. He didn't I can see outside my front door. He was never there. So I contact a supervisor on the chat - here's the transcript (Because I screen grabbed it) Spectrum: I see the work was completed, and the service is working now, so is there another issue we can address for you? Me: Then why did I need to be home? no response. Me: Why did not one tell me that? - and why does your tech say he rang the doorbell and noone was home? Spectrum: did the email say you need to be home? Me: (copy and paste from email) 'During your appointment someone at least 18 from your household must be present during your visit and ensure the technician will have access to designated work areas" Me: that is what is says. someone MUST BE PRESENT. Silence Me: Are you still there? Spectrum: Well it looks like everything is completed here and the tech didn't need to come into your house for this visit. So I took time off work and waited for someone who never needed to be in the house? why even tell me to make an appointment? why not just send the tech to do what he needed to do. Thing is just the latest in a string of 'dont care, not interested' events with these people. Honestly if I had another choice, I would with in a heartbeat.. if you DO have another choice... please, please take it. Do not do business with these clowns - they are awful.

I only rated one star because I… I only rated one star because I couldn’t give them zero. My rate went up 18/month because the “promotional price” expired. Called to discuss and they just don’t care. It’s like they know what a hassle it is to change providers. I will be changing anyway!

Spectrum RELIABLE CRAP services! Its to bad I have to give Spectrum 1 Star as it actually deserves a -10 Stars! Spectrum Internet says its all SO RELIABLE internet... Im actually surprised that no one has tried putting a lawsuit on Spectrum because of its ULTRA RELIABLE (I should say NON-RELIABLE) services thats falsely advertises! I can say a couple of years ago we ditched Spectrum Internet because we was always having CONSTANT issues with it, the modem wouldnt connect, and we'd even have to have techs come to the house on a semi-regular intervals just to fix it!! That sounds SO RELIABLE RIGHT Spectrum!! Thats SO RELIABLE services especially when you have to have a tech to your house every other month, when you do absolutely nothing to the wires or the service since the last tech was there!! Thats really ULTRA RELIABLE isnt it Spectrum!! Heres a good suggestion for everyone!! VERIZON FIOS IS THE ANSWER!!!! I changed to FIOS 2 years ago guess how many times I have had problems with the service HOW ABOUT ZERO!! No disconnects, no interuptions, no problems, no monthly techs to come look at it every couple months NONE of the issues that Spectrum has!! But everyone having problems PLEASE if you have Verizon FIOS in your location GO WITH IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT, I promise that!! It was the BEST service change I have ever done! Id be willing to pay 10 times more for FIOS than Spectrum why BECAUSE ITS RELIABLE! Unlike Spectrum!!
