GBIt is a horrible service It is a horrible service. I purchased their internet package on 9/23/21 only but for some reason they added tv cable plan to my package and charged me 127.57 usd for my first billing. I called them more than 8 times after my internet was installed to remove the tv cable out of my package . Some billing representatives told me that they fixed it but then my statement remains the same. I called them back, and one of the billing representatives told me that I had to pay the whole amount even it is not my fault. I still continue to call them to appeal my status but I am not sure if they can solve it and if not I will cancel their plan. I have a very bad experience with them and it wastes my time for such a simple issue!

GBScammers and Liars Charging more than double for internet than what we were quoted. When we moved, Spectrum said we could keep the same rate for better speeds than our previous home as a "thank you for being a loyal customer". Then we only receive half the speed we were told we'd get. Customer service then tells us we are being charged double the rate we were told because that's the minimum for the internet service we are receiving. Liars, cheaters, and they don't care.

GBThey will rip you off! Took out Spectrum’s internet and TV service on a temporary visit to California. Explained in the store when we would be leaving and they said no problem. Took the equipment back on our leaving day to be told that we were one day past the monthly billing cycle date. So they charged a full month (nearly $200) when we had their equipment for one day of that month. The store knew the dates and nobody alerted us to this fact. We would have simply returned the previous day if we had been aware. Won’t be using them again. That’s theft.
