Good experience on buying and selling I've been using Turbosquid for years and my experience is very good. When I need a 3d model it's my first resource, I've found good free models and when I buy them they quality is professional. I also use it to sell my products, they always pay on time, I never had any problem. The chat is not so helpful (the support ticket is better) but it remains one of the best website for 3d models.

I uploaded my models I uploaded my models, after some months it is in suspended mode because of "Overlays on All Images" I don't know how to resolve Updated: Turbosquid staff contacted me regarding above comment & told about mistake in my sample images.. I just removed that text oveled image & waiting for clearance of suspension...

3$ payoneer transfer fee being taken out of artists pocket after december 2021. Shame on turbosquid, as they already didn't take a lot. They take a huge portion of our earning and I noticed that after December they our making us pay the 3$ payoneer fees for transferring artist earnings to payoneer. They are just greedy thieves. Cgtrader pays the transfer fees for payoneer. That is a very unfair move by turbosquid, they should stop being so greedy and reconsider this.

Could not locate an invoice/receipt for… Could not locate an invoice/receipt for a business purchase of 3d models made earlier this year through one of their associated companies. I found the web chat on Turbosquid webpage, was met with a live support person very quickly, uploaded my bank statement transaction, was informed they would work with Accounts Dept to get me a copy of the receipt, within one hour I received an email from Turbosquid with a link to the document I need. Very happy with the speed and efficiency.

useless there's straight up no download button on the 'Downloads' page (which I was taken to after clicking the big orange 'download' button for a free model). i have tried on multiple different browsers. the sites FAQ page was insufficient. I wouldn't bother getting an account to download free models. this site is useless, something seems very wrong with it.
