GBMoney Back Guarantee NOT Honored We engaged Air.ai back in June 2023, and signed up for a 6-month sales program, as well as access to their platform. In their contract, they had a money back guarantee that if they didn't help double our investment, they would refund what we paid. Long story short, they didn't achieve help us achieve the revenue goals, their platform was down half the time, and any questions you had you had to join a scheduled webinar with a whole bunch of disgruntled people, vs talking to a person one on one. It was a big waste of time and money. It's been almost 6 months now and we are still trying to get our money back based on their guarantee, which their team will keep telling you "you'll get it someday, but don't know when". I'd avoid them and flee in the other direction.

GBSo I was an early adapter back in October So I was an early adapter back in October. I had bought a license and it has been such a game changer for my business. So I sat down with one of the integration directors and he sat down and told me where the money is in terms of building and really using this to replace our call center in the Philippines. I am an insurance agency with over 100 writing agents. We had a call center and we realized that the opportunity cost is just out of this world. When we get new rules and regulations from DOI (Department of Insurance) It would take us about 2 weeks to implement since we would have to train the team, then wait another week for it to happen. I realized that this was such a game changer for me. I was able to book appointments for less than $25 an appointment. I was able to get my agent up and running. This IS A BUSINESS PEOPLE. Do not think that you can buy something like this and it automatically works. For all my marketing agencies and insurance agencies. Get one that works for your agents and on proof of concept you can resell it. I had to dump in ad money that was extra on top of what I already spent on the license. To this day, we have done over 6 figures in NET profits. Please treat this as a real business and it will work just fine. They also just released 2.0. THAT WAS A MAJOR GAMECHANGER! Imagine being able to now even easier change what your AI can say and change all of that lag time. Truly a work of art. I am constantly shopping for companies to always improve my business and I have not yet found another company that can sell like this. Just check it out and you'll see.

GBI was very interested in the… I was very interested in the technology. That being said the first rep( Tony) was 20 minutes late for the scheduled call. The second Rep (Jake) confirmed call however there was a no show at agreed time with no further communication or responses. Frankly this initial experience has lost any buy in on part for this company.

GBI plan to file a lawsuit against Caleb… I plan to file a lawsuit against Caleb Maddix, AIR AI and other founders/principles. I am suing for fraud and breach of contract. I purchased the coaching program for 28 thousand dollars. It was not worth the investment. They offered this guarantee they promised was the best in the industry. For two months I got the run around. Caleb offered to pay the refund in payments of about $1100 every week. But again, a broken promise. Stay away from these guys.

GBAir is the next major AI tool Top shelf team and expertise. I originally worked with Tim to purchase Air 2.0, he got my AI bot setup with a 20% discount on all of my spend. As a business owner I’m always looking for AI solutions to optimize my workflow and improve my output. This does both. Part of what Tim helped me with was getting my agent setup by Air’s team, which for me was a massive win because although I’m familiar with AI, I’m not an expert. Scott was the man when it came to setting up my agent and getting me live. I’ve made adjustments here and there from some of the video’s and I can tell you one thing, this is one of the solutions that’s going to change the game for so many companies. It’s going to put call centers out of business.
