I was very interested in the… I was very interested in the technology. That being said the first rep( Tony) was 20 minutes late for the scheduled call. The second Rep (Jake) confirmed call however there was a no show at agreed time with no further communication or responses. Frankly this initial experience has lost any buy in on part for this company.

Their intelligent AI solutions have transformed our operations and relationships with customers, as well as expanded my operations by using AI sales agents as setters and appointment bookers who prequalify leads before passing them onto closers - eventually I hope to train Air AI on scripts so they can close sales altogether. Glorified scammers with an ad budget Glorified scammers with a good ad budget, but a sub-par product and an even worse business model. MLM in the making. "new" agency model is 23,000 year and promotes you getting new people to sell the agency model. Be warned folks, a Netflix doc will come out about these fraudsters. personally, I tried to set up an agency call - watched their videos and wrote notes - then when they were supposed to call they ghosted. The funny part is that what Air.ai does is not even ground breaking. Others are doing the same thing but doing it in a more realistic and authentic way. Maybe someone will prove these reviews wrong, but probably wont be someone with as much ad spend as them.

It did not work, we cannot get the guarantee refund The Air program is based around a few dozen screen recording training videos, a collection of sales tools that are often nonfunctional, and weekly group webinars where you can ask an Air rep questions along with 20 others waiting to ask questions. We completed 6 months with $0 in sales. Now we are trying to get a refund of the $24K cost per the “2X sales full refund guarantee”. They initially told us this could be done in under 7 days. But after over 2 months, we are still waiting and told there is no ETA on payment. Their replies are basically brush-offs. Last week were we told that we were #16 in a refund processing queue. This week they say they are seeking investor funding and will pay us once they get it. If and when they get it. Please save yourself and your business from this nightmare.
