The Midjourney image filters are so… The Midjourney image filters are so restrictive that I'm unable to generate images I need for for art projects. For example, blending two hairstyles together triggers the "Image denied, Request cancelled due to image filters" error if the shoulders are bare, viewed from the back. Stupid and ridiculous. The images I used were generate previously by Midjourney! I pay a premium to use Midjourney and it's money wasted.

Great Product. Bad customer service experience. Great product however the customer service experience was pretty avg. K.B.'s review here was also accurate. You get charged after cancelling (The cancelling system was malfunctioning) and I like to use it monthly at a time at various times of the year. They put a block on my credit card because they said I was abusing the refund system when their monthly cancellation system was not working. Very frustrating experience. I'm a loyal paying customer but that's how they treated me...

Worst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.

my cheap 5yold RTX card is faster with better results. 15min to wait, in relax mode for a childist prompt! I bough a cheap 5y old rtx card, so now I have any result in 5 minutes, for free and with the way I want, unsubscribed, canceled my account I wont come back. Mj is fine if you wanna have an image of a cat on mars eating popcorns, but there are such no control over the "random imaged" generated. the pan control is ridiculous, is make your image smaller and smaller all the timeevery pan you're using.

App doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.
