AEApp doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.

DKAttention! Scammers. I generated dozens of images daily. And got banned. Allegedly, I broke the rules. I paid for the tariff that you have allowed. There are no restrictions on the number of image generations. What is the problem? If you can't provide your users with what you promise, why don't you provide access to the API? So write specifically that 10-20-50 images can be generated per day. But this is not the case. You have a good product, but this attitude towards users is unacceptable! Moreover, after the BAN, you continue to debit money from the card. Does the owner of the company know about such a low rating?

ITI got a confirmation email for my refund! I rated Midjourney 1 star on 26th July and sent the billing support team an email in which I mentioned "Trustpilot" as they suggested. A few hours later, they confirmed that my refund had been processed. I know that many users are struggling with the billing system of Midjourney. Honestly, I hope you guys can get the refund that you are expecting. Midjourney is still growing, therefore, please be patient and remind them regularly if needed when you haven't got any answer.

DEThe subscription is debited, but not visible and usable The subscription is debited, but no credits/subscription monies are visible. Support does not respond. There are very good alternatives, which I will now use. Very disappointing for such a hyped company

GBWorst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.
