Attention! Scammers. I generated dozens of images daily. And got banned. Allegedly, I broke the rules. I paid for the tariff that you have allowed. There are no restrictions on the number of image generations. What is the problem? If you can't provide your users with what you promise, why don't you provide access to the API? So write specifically that 10-20-50 images can be generated per day. But this is not the case. You have a good product, but this attitude towards users is unacceptable! Moreover, after the BAN, you continue to debit money from the card. Does the owner of the company know about such a low rating?

Great product, awful support Great product, has nuance that makes it more advantageous than other tools, but as others have stated the customer service is abysmal, there are periods of time when the systems do not work and no restitution is ever made nor apologies given for half days without service. They rely on community members for help/support and therefore you're at the mercy of random weirdos with inflated egos who have no authority or power through midjourney to actually solve issues.

Worst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.

Midjourney V6 Is the Best! The quality of the images generated is very high with the introduction of version 6! Although, too many prompts are banned, even if it is meant tastefully! Midjourney also needs to introduce character consistency for it to take a huge leap ahead of its competitors! Overall, the team has actively been working on presenting bringing new useful updates for its users! Keep it up!

❌ based on a 1-year subscription. My review is based on a 1-year subscription. 1- The customer service is Awful/terrible. They seem to force their narrative on you, and if you criticize them, they become upset. They even put you in a ‘time-out’ mode for an hour or more. 2- The ‘Unlimited Generations on Plan’ is misleading and untrue (LIE). After you’ve used up the fast generation hours (either 15 or 30 hours), the generation speed slows down significantly over time. This feels like a deceitful tactic to get you to pay more for additional generation hours. In conclusion, I do not recommend wasting your money on this. Instead, install Stable Diffusion for free and generate as many images as you want. Best of luck!
