Worse support in a long time Just subscribed. As I had to change my Discord account name after verifying, I cannot access the Midjourney room anymore and create any prompt. No support in any of the room, no chat support on their website. They say support can get back to you by email only in up to three days. What a disgrace of a company. Have not seen such a bad service in a long time

One change turned a fantastic program into a disappointment for all its users. Midjourney is an amazing program that helps me create realistic images as a graphic designer. It was challenging at first to learn how to achieve the desired results, but with practice, it became a valuable tool for me. Unfortunately, the recent switch from saving images as JPEG files to only allowing Webp format has been disappointing. The Webp images are of poor quality, pixelated, and not suitable for my high standard clients. As a result, I have decided to cancel my subscription to the program.

I got a confirmation email for my refund! I rated Midjourney 1 star on 26th July and sent the billing support team an email in which I mentioned "Trustpilot" as they suggested. A few hours later, they confirmed that my refund had been processed. I know that many users are struggling with the billing system of Midjourney. Honestly, I hope you guys can get the refund that you are expecting. Midjourney is still growing, therefore, please be patient and remind them regularly if needed when you haven't got any answer.

my cheap 5yold RTX card is faster with better results. 15min to wait, in relax mode for a childist prompt! I bough a cheap 5y old rtx card, so now I have any result in 5 minutes, for free and with the way I want, unsubscribed, canceled my account I wont come back. Mj is fine if you wanna have an image of a cat on mars eating popcorns, but there are such no control over the "random imaged" generated. the pan control is ridiculous, is make your image smaller and smaller all the timeevery pan you're using.

One star is even too much One star is even too much. Dont use it, They use discord channel to provide premium services, even if you do that, somehow their system does not work. Invitation does not work, just a huge waste of time.
