Great Product. Bad customer service experience. Great product however the customer service experience was pretty avg. K.B.'s review here was also accurate. You get charged after cancelling (The cancelling system was malfunctioning) and I like to use it monthly at a time at various times of the year. They put a block on my credit card because they said I was abusing the refund system when their monthly cancellation system was not working. Very frustrating experience. Midjourney is a nightmare Midjourney is a nightmare. The product itself is ok and i got a good result but when i subscribed it refused to let me back in. The login perpetually fails. I tried everything. When I attempted to get help all i got was a link to my account, so I cancelled. Absolutely the worst login ever.

Midjourney V6 Is the Best! The quality of the images generated is very high with the introduction of version 6! Although, too many prompts are banned, even if it is meant tastefully! Midjourney also needs to introduce character consistency for it to take a huge leap ahead of its competitors! Overall, the team has actively been working on presenting bringing new useful updates for its users! Keep it up!

One change turned a fantastic program into a disappointment for all its users. Midjourney is an amazing program that helps me create realistic images as a graphic designer. It was challenging at first to learn how to achieve the desired results, but with practice, it became a valuable tool for me. Unfortunately, the recent switch from saving images as JPEG files to only allowing Webp format has been disappointing. The Webp images are of poor quality, pixelated, and not suitable for my high standard clients. As a result, I have decided to cancel my subscription to the program.

App doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.
