Great product, awful support Great product, has nuance that makes it more advantageous than other tools, but as others have stated the customer service is abysmal, there are periods of time when the systems do not work and no restitution is ever made nor apologies given for half days without service. They rely on community members for help/support and therefore you're at the mercy of random weirdos with inflated egos who have no authority or power through midjourney to actually solve issues.

The subscription is debited, but not visible and usable The subscription is debited, but no credits/subscription monies are visible. Support does not respond. There are very good alternatives, which I will now use. Very disappointing for such a hyped company

Worse support in a long time Just subscribed. As I had to change my Discord account name after verifying, I cannot access the Midjourney room anymore and create any prompt. No support in any of the room, no chat support on their website. They say support can get back to you by email only in up to three days. What a disgrace of a company. Have not seen such a bad service in a long time

App doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.

Worst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.
