AUGreat Product. Bad customer service experience. Great product however the customer service experience was pretty avg. K.B.'s review here was also accurate. You get charged after cancelling (The cancelling system was malfunctioning) and I like to use it monthly at a time at various times of the year. They put a block on my credit card because they said I was abusing the refund system when their monthly cancellation system was not working. Very frustrating experience. GB❌ based on a 1-year subscription. My review is based on a 1-year subscription. 1- The customer service is Awful/terrible. They seem to force their narrative on you, and if you criticize them, they become upset. They even put you in a ‘time-out’ mode for an hour or more. 2- The ‘Unlimited Generations on Plan’ is misleading and untrue (LIE). After you’ve used up the fast generation hours (either 15 or 30 hours), the generation speed slows down significantly over time. This feels like a deceitful tactic to get you to pay more for additional generation hours. In conclusion, I do not recommend wasting your money on this. Instead, install Stable Diffusion for free and generate as many images as you want. Best of luck!

AUMidjourney is a nightmare Midjourney is a nightmare. The product itself is ok and i got a good result but when i subscribed it refused to let me back in. The login perpetually fails. I tried everything. When I attempted to get help all i got was a link to my account, so I cancelled. Absolutely the worst login ever.

DEThe subscription is debited, but not visible and usable The subscription is debited, but no credits/subscription monies are visible. Support does not respond. There are very good alternatives, which I will now use. Very disappointing for such a hyped company

ESWorse support in a long time Just subscribed. As I had to change my Discord account name after verifying, I cannot access the Midjourney room anymore and create any prompt. No support in any of the room, no chat support on their website. They say support can get back to you by email only in up to three days. What a disgrace of a company. Have not seen such a bad service in a long time
