You get charged after cancelling (The cancelling system was malfunctioning) and I like to use it monthly at a time at various times of the year. They put a block on my credit card because they said I was abusing the refund system when their monthly cancellation system was not working. Very frustrating experience. Midjourney V6 Is the Best! The quality of the images generated is very high with the introduction of version 6! Although, too many prompts are banned, even if it is meant tastefully! Midjourney also needs to introduce character consistency for it to take a huge leap ahead of its competitors! Overall, the team has actively been working on presenting bringing new useful updates for its users! Keep it up!

Disappointing Experience with Midjourney: A Chaotic Subscription Journey" I subscribed to a plan with Midjourney through Distord. I was never able to use it, despite being an experienced user of many services. This one really threw me off. Its introduction and usage are simply chaotic or too unique. Additionally, there were issues with the subscription, and nothing went as expected. It was difficult to reach out to them, and when I finally did, instead of understanding that I was seeking help, they thought I wanted to cancel, adding another mistake to the list. I paid $20 for trouble, but I'm relieved to no longer be a part of it. It's a shame, as it seemed so fantastic.

Bought subscription, never gained access!!!! Bought subscription, NEVER GAINED ACCESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The website itself is horribly chaotic, I'm a marketer and I'm using lots of apps and different tools for my job but Midjourney is by far the worst I have ever seen. The experience was horrible, I wasted my money and hours of my time today thinking I'm doing something wrong, but no! Many other people here have exactly the same problem. App doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.
