There are no restrictions on the number of image generations. What is the problem? If you can't provide your users with what you promise, why don't you provide access to the API? So write specifically that 10-20-50 images can be generated per day. But this is not the case. You have a good product, but this attitude towards users is unacceptable! Moreover, after the BAN, you continue to debit money from the card. Does the owner of the company know about such a low rating?

Bought subscription, never gained access!!!! Bought subscription, NEVER GAINED ACCESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The website itself is horribly chaotic, I'm a marketer and I'm using lots of apps and different tools for my job but Midjourney is by far the worst I have ever seen. The experience was horrible, I wasted my money and hours of my time today thinking I'm doing something wrong, but no! Many other people here have exactly the same problem. Beware of using this service.

Great product, awful support Great product, has nuance that makes it more advantageous than other tools, but as others have stated the customer service is abysmal, there are periods of time when the systems do not work and no restitution is ever made nor apologies given for half days without service. They rely on community members for help/support and therefore you're at the mercy of random weirdos with inflated egos who have no authority or power through midjourney to actually solve issues.

my cheap 5yold RTX card is faster with better results. 15min to wait, in relax mode for a childist prompt! I bough a cheap 5y old rtx card, so now I have any result in 5 minutes, for free and with the way I want, unsubscribed, canceled my account I wont come back. Mj is fine if you wanna have an image of a cat on mars eating popcorns, but there are such no control over the "random imaged" generated. the pan control is ridiculous, is make your image smaller and smaller all the timeevery pan you're using.
