Attention! Scammers. I generated dozens of images daily. And got banned. Allegedly, I broke the rules. I paid for the tariff that you have allowed. There are no restrictions on the number of image generations. What is the problem? If you can't provide your users with what you promise, why don't you provide access to the API? So write specifically that 10-20-50 images can be generated per day. But this is not the case. You have a good product, but this attitude towards users is unacceptable! Moreover, after the BAN, you continue to debit money from the card. Does the owner of the company know about such a low rating?

I was never able to use it, despite being an experienced user of many services. This one really threw me off. Its introduction and usage are simply chaotic or too unique. Additionally, there were issues with the subscription, and nothing went as expected. It was difficult to reach out to them, and when I finally did, instead of understanding that I was seeking help, they thought I wanted to cancel, adding another mistake to the list. I paid $20 for trouble, but I'm relieved to no longer be a part of it. It's a shame, as it seemed so fantastic.

Midjourney is a nightmare Midjourney is a nightmare. The product itself is ok and i got a good result but when i subscribed it refused to let me back in. The login perpetually fails. I tried everything. When I attempted to get help all i got was a link to my account, so I cancelled. Absolutely the worst login ever.

Worse support in a long time Just subscribed. As I had to change my Discord account name after verifying, I cannot access the Midjourney room anymore and create any prompt. No support in any of the room, no chat support on their website. They say support can get back to you by email only in up to three days. What a disgrace of a company. Have not seen such a bad service in a long time

App doesn't work and customer service is money oriented This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The AI isn't generating and it is full of bugs, I reached out to the customer service, but they blamed me for paying 1 year they said it is not my fault. I reached out to BBB but the cheap midjourney told them we know we have bugs and we mentioned that on terms and conditions so no money refund. Never put your money with those people and be careful of hiring them or working with them or buying anything with them. They have "Money First Policy" they would never care about your rights or anything.
