Worst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.

my cheap 5yold RTX card is faster with better results. 15min to wait, in relax mode for a childist prompt! I bough a cheap 5y old rtx card, so now I have any result in 5 minutes, for free and with the way I want, unsubscribed, canceled my account I wont come back. Mj is fine if you wanna have an image of a cat on mars eating popcorns, but there are such no control over the "random imaged" generated. the pan control is ridiculous, is make your image smaller and smaller all the timeevery pan you're using.

Great Product. Bad customer service experience. Great product however the customer service experience was pretty avg. K.B.'s review here was also accurate. You get charged after cancelling (The cancelling system was malfunctioning) and I like to use it monthly at a time at various times of the year. They put a block on my credit card because they said I was abusing the refund system when their monthly cancellation system was not working. Very frustrating experience. I'm a loyal paying customer but that's how they treated me...

One star is even too much One star is even too much. Dont use it, They use discord channel to provide premium services, even if you do that, somehow their system does not work. Invitation does not work, just a huge waste of time.

Horrible I have used Midjourney for a couple of months with a premium subscription, and made more then 20000 images, still, 80% is rubbish. No Mather how good or bad your prompt is, it is always looking awful. This company offers great promises that the cant hold up on. Midjourney is way overhyped and way overpriced. 70$ per month is a ripp off. Maybe in a couple of years, but for now, I am done
