AUMidjourney is a nightmare Midjourney is a nightmare. The product itself is ok and i got a good result but when i subscribed it refused to let me back in. The login perpetually fails. I tried everything. When I attempted to get help all i got was a link to my account, so I cancelled. Absolutely the worst login ever.

ITI got a confirmation email for my refund! I rated Midjourney 1 star on 26th July and sent the billing support team an email in which I mentioned "Trustpilot" as they suggested. A few hours later, they confirmed that my refund had been processed. I know that many users are struggling with the billing system of Midjourney. Honestly, I hope you guys can get the refund that you are expecting. Midjourney is still growing, therefore, please be patient and remind them regularly if needed when you haven't got any answer.

GBBought subscription, never gained access!!!! Bought subscription, NEVER GAINED ACCESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The website itself is horribly chaotic, I'm a marketer and I'm using lots of apps and different tools for my job but Midjourney is by far the worst I have ever seen. The experience was horrible, I wasted my money and hours of my time today thinking I'm doing something wrong, but no! Many other people here have exactly the same problem. Beware of using this service.

GBOne change turned a fantastic program into a disappointment for all its users. Midjourney is an amazing program that helps me create realistic images as a graphic designer. It was challenging at first to learn how to achieve the desired results, but with practice, it became a valuable tool for me. Unfortunately, the recent switch from saving images as JPEG files to only allowing Webp format has been disappointing. The Webp images are of poor quality, pixelated, and not suitable for my high standard clients. As a result, I have decided to cancel my subscription to the program.

NLHorrible I have used Midjourney for a couple of months with a premium subscription, and made more then 20000 images, still, 80% is rubbish. No Mather how good or bad your prompt is, it is always looking awful. This company offers great promises that the cant hold up on. Midjourney is way overhyped and way overpriced. 70$ per month is a ripp off. Maybe in a couple of years, but for now, I am done
