Stay away and use better more established companies that treat their customers right. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Horrible I have used Midjourney for a couple of months with a premium subscription, and made more then 20000 images, still, 80% is rubbish. No Mather how good or bad your prompt is, it is always looking awful. This company offers great promises that the cant hold up on. Midjourney is way overhyped and way overpriced. 70$ per month is a ripp off. Maybe in a couple of years, but for now, I am done

The subscription is debited, but not visible and usable The subscription is debited, but no credits/subscription monies are visible. Support does not respond. There are very good alternatives, which I will now use. Very disappointing for such a hyped company

❌ based on a 1-year subscription. My review is based on a 1-year subscription. 1- The customer service is Awful/terrible. They seem to force their narrative on you, and if you criticize them, they become upset. They even put you in a ‘time-out’ mode for an hour or more. 2- The ‘Unlimited Generations on Plan’ is misleading and untrue (LIE). After you’ve used up the fast generation hours (either 15 or 30 hours), the generation speed slows down significantly over time. This feels like a deceitful tactic to get you to pay more for additional generation hours. In conclusion, I do not recommend wasting your money on this. Instead, install Stable Diffusion for free and generate as many images as you want. Best of luck!

Bought subscription, never gained access!!!! Bought subscription, NEVER GAINED ACCESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The website itself is horribly chaotic, I'm a marketer and I'm using lots of apps and different tools for my job but Midjourney is by far the worst I have ever seen. The experience was horrible, I wasted my money and hours of my time today thinking I'm doing something wrong, but no! Many other people here have exactly the same problem. Beware of using this service.
