Horrible I have used Midjourney for a couple of months with a premium subscription, and made more then 20000 images, still, 80% is rubbish. No Mather how good or bad your prompt is, it is always looking awful. This company offers great promises that the cant hold up on. Midjourney is way overhyped and way overpriced. 70$ per month is a ripp off. Maybe in a couple of years, but for now, I am done

Worst "customer service" I've ever… Worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Been a paid member since the beginning of 2023, and randomly received a notification the other day that my account was banned. No warning, no explanation. I was completely blocked from discord so I couldn't ask support for help. Tried emailing billing but they were useless. Posted a question on reddit and it was deleted. I'm paid through July and apparently they think they'll just steal the rest of my subscription? What a joke.

One star is even too much One star is even too much. Dont use it, They use discord channel to provide premium services, even if you do that, somehow their system does not work. Invitation does not work, just a huge waste of time.

Great product, awful support Great product, has nuance that makes it more advantageous than other tools, but as others have stated the customer service is abysmal, there are periods of time when the systems do not work and no restitution is ever made nor apologies given for half days without service. They rely on community members for help/support and therefore you're at the mercy of random weirdos with inflated egos who have no authority or power through midjourney to actually solve issues.
