GBEasy to use, I really like them Out of all the tools I've used to help my business, this is by far one of the easiest platforms. What's great is all of their tools are connected together into one app. I personally do not like using a bunch of different apps and tools to run my business, which is why I now just use GoSite to manage everything.

GBI am not a customer and won’t be I am not a customer, judging from the reviews, I am glad I didn’t sign up. As anyone will tell you, a site with a plethora of 5 star reviews and just as many 1 star reviews is sketchy at best. I spoke with these people via chat to find out about pricing. The guy wanted all of my business and contact information up front. Of course, I refused and he balked as to whether or not he would provide the requested info. Nice tactic to get my phone, email, etc just to spam call and email as many of the negative reviewers stated. It is Likely many of the five star reviews are phony or bot generated.Buyer Beware.

GBTerrible sales tactics Terrible sales tactics. They harass you until you agree to listen to them, refuse to be put off, if you hang up they just spoof different local phone numbers and keep calling you. James was the "sales manager" they assigned to harass me. He used a chula vista phone number until I stopped answering it, then several different times called me from different local to me numbers.

From their Sales Team (Louie T.) who was kind and patient all throughout the initial stages of account sign-up / set-up, to their Implementation Team (Kristen) who actively listened to our needs and assisted warmly in the beginning stages of what was needed. But MOST NOTEWORTHY of ALL, to their Web Team leader (Nicholas Weber) who was remarkable all throughout the process - for his very timely responses and precise and immediate action to the changes needed. The service we received from Nick is unrivaled. The GoSite teams are exceptional. I wish I could think of a better superlative word to describe them because they truly deserve to be honored.
