BGNot worth the money, alien-like results. I choose headshots wearing a light suit, as I wanted to updated my LinkdIn profile pic. I provided 10 photos where you could clearly see my hair. I paid, press start, and the system said it will take couple of hours. To my surprise, half an hour later, the pics were ready. I got 5 pics with alien face, way older than what I look irl (I am 37 mind you), and with either very skinny body, or looking like a double D breast size. My hair is waist lenght and you could see that in all the photos I've provided. It was less than shoulder lenght in the ai shoots. Last but not least, I selected the option of a light suit, in hope that i'll be something corporate-like in beige/nude tones. NO, IT WAS METALLIC, like shinny metalic hybrid gold/silver thing more suitable for a rockstar. I won't pay again for this software, they need to improve a lot if they wantn to charge anything. I regret not having spent bit more elsewhere.

GBHeadshots are mediocre at best Headshots are mediocre at best, the ones I had generated didn't look anything like me. I suspect this is why there is no try/demo before you buy. Do not waste your money.

VNThe software doesn't work at all. No refunds allowed This company is structured like a complete fraud. They intentionally deceive customers and don't offer refunds. The images they use to advertise their software aren't even made by their software. They are in a completely different style appear to be photoshopped versions of stick images. They have a free trial that automatically charges you and can't be refunded, no matter what. They tell you to ask for a refund through Apple App Store or Google Play. But Apple and Google have to confirm with the company before issuing a refund and the company always denies the request. fTheir customer support team does not respond to customers. If you look at their instagram posts half of the comments are "people who are being ignored by customer support and trying to get help"

CADisappointed with Customer Service and Product - Seeking Immediate Resolution I recently purchased AI Professional Headshots from Pixocial Technology and have been incredibly disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I had specific requirements regarding the appearance of my headshots—particularly with the styling of my hair and beard. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet these expectations. To make matters worse, customer support has been less than helpful. I've reached out multiple times via email and even tried to utilize their website’s Chat support, which seems to be non-functional. I was advised to report the issue through their app, but the supposed 'Report a Problem' feature is nowhere to be found. At this point, I am seeking either: An immediate resolution by receiving new headshots that meet my original requirements. A full refund for my order. I hate to resort to public forums to resolve issues, but the lack of effective communication from Pixocial Technology leaves me with little choice. I hope this review prompts an urgent and appropriate response to resolve the issues I've encountered.

CHIt's a disgrace! It's a disgrace! Terrible customer service! Just received automated BS replies for troubleshooting on mobile devices, even though I am a desktop user. After I paid, the software crashed and I somehow hadn't acess to stuff I bought. Usability is also terrible and confusing. I requested to get a refund without success. Do not give these scammers money.
