Alex I may have went to a different company or maybe shopped around a little more. BUT, Alex worked with me closely and was very attentive to helping me through revisions. He was on top of things and very passionate about helping me get the best even at times when I wasn't certain. I'd work with him again if I were asked too.

Honestly this company is the worst i… Honestly this company is the worst i have ever worked with. they take your money and run. I paid for a full website package over $5,000 and have received nothing from them except demands for more money to complete the project. I have purchased web domain, 10 years of web hosting, commercial video, full website with web files, logo , buisness cards and letterheads. I haven't received anything and its been over 2 years. I just received a call from them today stating that to cancel and receive the work that they have done I would have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE on work that's been paid in full! stay away from this company!

Why isn't there a way to give 0 star Why isn't there a way to give 0 star. This company does not deserve even 1 star. I paid $700 for a trademark which I have yet to see. I paid $1400 for a website that they have yet to submit to me in more than 1 year. They keep offering me fake services to keep me paying, but are not performing these services. Now after 1.5 years of waiting for my website, the designer that I was working with just texted me from another company named CREATIVE DESIGN LEGEND, a slightly different name from what they had , to ask me if I wanted to close on the project since it's had not been worked on. "What the heck!!!!!!!" I asked, what about my $1400 website. I am sitting at home, working on my products to put on my commerce website which they're supposed to be working on, and then now he calls me to ask if I want to forget about the money I paid for my website?! What?! The worst thing i just paid them $35 for a new design on their site, but i have yet to hear from any of the staff. I am also posting 6 of my invoice numbers as well. I have all my receipts... and will be seeing them in court.

!!!SCAM!!! !!!SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! From this company “Creative Design Crew” now I’m sure they will change their name after enough bad reviews but I’ll sleep better helping at least 1 person from getting scammed by them… I just wanted a basic website created and got talked into the Cadillac website for just a little more and it always led to additional costs thru the whole process and after I declined every single add on 10 times my site was finally built, but very difficult to add in all of my information and pictures which was never finalized and even at the end it still had misspelled wording! At this point the selling really began wanting to create a logo for me and boosting my web search ranking, making my website animated! It never stopped…. I finally got so disgusted with this company I called a local web designer and paid them to rebuild my site and then they held my domain until I paid an over $200 fee! After I thought I was done, done, done… I get a phone call on Thanksgiving Day telling me my license fee was due for my logo 5yr. = $500, 20yr. = $700 or lifetime = $900 or I would be vulnerable and it could be copied, this guy was so persistent to get this done while I’m spending the day with family after I told him I would call back the following day to discuss I basically, had to talk to this guy which has always been very difficult to understand “ foreign decent” like he was a 3 year old and promise to call him back before 10am the following day! Unbelievable! So, today I call the United States Copyright office and they tell me the copyright claimant which is “me” owns the copyright and there is a 1 time fee of $65 to register the logo and name/phrase and there is no license fee for this… So, find a local web designer on Google with good ratings and STAY AWAY from this huge scam!!! I started out being promised this service as a total package for $750 and I’m at least $1,600 into it with them and still had to spend additional and pay for a new website with a local guy… lesson learned!

SCAM SCAM: I signed up and in less then 48hrs requested to cancel. They talk you up to a more expensive package acting like you are getting a special deal and then they do not allow you to cancel or receive refund (per their policy I am entitled to. They continue to refer to what I purchased and that I had unlimited revision options. I continued to explain my concerns and that I wanted to cancel. After many emails and phones calls they still have not submitted my request to cancel or offered my refund. Once I became frustrated that they would not give me my refund they line went dead.
