Maybe you will from time to time get a good part but you will regret if they sell you a defective part. you would think their s+ rated products are problem free. think again. All costs in shipment will not be refunded and only 50-60% of the defective product’s total cost will be refunded. They will cheat you by not stating that they dont refund shipping cost. once theyfool you to agree to 50% discount they will close the RMA ticket and there is no way to co tact them. 50% without shipment is only about 25-30% of what I paid them. Please consider checking ifixit instead. I do not work for iFixit. They are more expensive but at least I am sure of their refund policy and they put customers first. Dealing with Etradesupply has been a frustrating experience, I do not recommend buying from them.

ETrade Supply does not support valid warranty claim I ordered a replacement screen for the iPhone 5SE, choosing the most expensive OEM option offered, complete with the appropriate tools. Within the 3 month warranty period, the replacement screen became faulty appearing foggy or cloudy, and losing contrast intermittently. When I attempted to claim the warranty within the warranty period, after a month of communications back and forth, ETrade Supply offered 70% of the product cost without any explanation why the full 100% cost wasn't offered. As such, I have paid $60USD to be sent a faulty screen. Others have obviously received working screens, and the product cost was reasonable and shipping was very fast, but buyer beware - if you need to claim warranty, be very strong with your demands. In response to ETrades comment, it was their choice not to pay for the return of the faulty screen (overseas shipping) when the valid warranty claim was accepted.

Scammers I paid for an S+ grade iPad Pro screen with digitalizer, everything went through fine my end. A few days later I receive a weird email demanding an extra $38 or they won’t send my parcel. They claim is a “remoteness fee” due to my address even though I live in a city and only 1 hour from the capital city of my country. It’s clearly a scam! I’ve already paid $50 for shipping, and a screen weights less than 0.5kg so charging a total of $90 just on shipping is a lie and a con. I’ve had many things delivered by DHL and it’s never cost this much money nor cost any additional fees. Beware of this company! They’re dishonest

I purchased a couple screens and a… I purchased a couple screens and a speaker from them for an iPhone one screen was bad upon arrival contacted them immediately and was told in order to send it back to them the screen has to not be broke and LCD has to be working there is no visible damage to the screen but the LCD is just a bunch of lines very unhappy will never order from them again have replaced several screens from other places and never had an issue like this I would recommend Amazon
