GBMisinformation-Won't Fix Issues 1. Thoroughly vetted that Rent Manager staff provided misinformation to be able to set-up their software 2. It took months to fix and delete items one by one due to incorrect data 3. Reports do not accurately report and Rent Manager refuses to fix months after reported 4. Report adds SF for same unit as no script to tell it not to add again or only to take difference in the event an audit revised the SF of a unit 5. Claim after the fact that their software is geared more toward residential, not commercial 6. Wrote a report to list expenses that goes by the date a GL no is set-up vs Ascending/Descending Account of Alphabetical 7. Ask for call back information, yet when they lose the call don't call back 8. If they want to avoid taking a request for a report that the client merely wants the cost and timeline on despite waiting 10 months for the correction, (a) lose call and don't call back (b) hang-up (c) tell you they are placing you on hold only to send you back to the main que (d) next person answers only to hang up 9. Refuse to give you an actual copy of the "ticket" for requested service 10. Have spent over a year cleaning a large number of accounts, having to delete many items one at a time 11. Tell them that their software is glitching and doesn't even warrant any follow-up to them. It concerns me when I have to wait for their program to stop flickering and verify no data loss I have for 18 months tried to work with support, 10 months to fix report issues and the past 2 days trying to get someone in script that would place a ticket, attempt to fix; however, had to call acct mgr...still waiting for pro services...same ol' same ol'

GBExcellent tool for property managers! Not only all the integrations RM offers (online applications, online payments, App-managed move out inspections, to name a few I personally use) make the process of managing properties easy, but also the customer service offered on real time over the phone, covering all topics (from minor scripting, owner statements and to financial statements -with accounting knowledgeable CS-) make RM an essential tool in managing my properties.

GBRepeated problem Nothing but a huge headache in the mere few months that I've dealt with this company. Since I've had a card compromised I've tried to log on multiple time to find out why. It stated my account was not active! I finally reached someone via phone who passed blame to my management company. I called them and everything look sufficient on their end. I called rent manager again same run around. At this point I was very frustrated but the previous man I spoke with had supposedly solved the problems. 1) He sent me a link to change my password Which allowed me access to my account. From day one I enrolled in automatic payments to be withdrawn on the third of every month. (That's when I receive my SS check.) Next I transferred bank accounts and again couldn't access my rent manager account! Had to call again but these people say it all my apartment management fault) responsibility. I complained like a disgruntled child and was finally called back by what seemed to be a very helpful man. We switched bank accounts on the second and I continued to have the $ withdrawn on the third of every month. Low and behold rent manager took it upon themselves to attempt to get the money from my old bank on the first!?!? I would have canceled that account but was instructed by SSI to not do so until my funds reached my current bank. End result being a overdraft fee and rent manager still has not paid my rent so my landlord added a late fee. I am not liable/responsible for any of this. Very displeased. Have had issues since day one. For something that should be easy and convenient turn out to be nothing but stress!!!!! Going to stick with checks!!!

GBOur company has had Rent Manager for 10… Our company has had Rent Manager for 10 + years. We are very pleased with it. It is very easy to work with and if you have any question on how to do something or forgot how you did it before, you can call the phone number that they give you and someone help you. I love it because they can remote access in to your account and show you first hand how to get where you need to be in the system. I highly recommend Rent Manager for all of your business needs. GBWe have been using the Rent Manager… We have been using the Rent Manager program for many many years to run our mobile home parks and have found it to be the most reliable tool we have. Their Tech support department is fantastic they work with you to resolve issues you may have or to help you navigate areas you are unsure of. I highly recommend this company over any others.
