Its a complex online system. i tried it for 3 months spent allot of money on trying it and after 3 months that it didn't work for me Rent Manager wouldn't refund me a dollar, they have a expensive initial fee + they want to charge for them to show you how the system works.... unless you own 500+ units id say try a different system.

Our company has had Rent Manager for 10… Our company has had Rent Manager for 10 + years. We are very pleased with it. It is very easy to work with and if you have any question on how to do something or forgot how you did it before, you can call the phone number that they give you and someone help you. I love it because they can remote access in to your account and show you first hand how to get where you need to be in the system. I highly recommend Rent Manager for all of your business needs.
