Initial hiccups due to Covid but high quality content These guys got hit hard by COVID which is when I initially signed up causing some delays with blog posts. Thankfully they have rebounded and I’m now getting the posts consistently. The work is high quality and that’s why I stuck around. If it wasn’t for the beginning hiccups I’d give 5 stars

Avoid At All Costs - Not Reliable - ZERO Content Delivered On 'Elite' Plan Avoid At All Costs - Not Reliable - Use A Different Service Have been treated shamefully badly by this company. Paid for the 1st month of The 'Elite' plan and received absolutely zero content. I waited patiently until they were about to renew for $800 with nothing at all delivered in month 1. Was informed I wouldn't be receiving any content at all for my money. I could tell the account manager guy was just full of crap saying about deadline this and revision that, just buying time for content that was never done. I would say this company should be avoided at all costs. Plenty of other options out there. Shameful way to treat people.

This company is a scam This company is a scam, they charge you, and never deliver. They do not answer emails or chats. Very sad they were recommended by a well known blogger how later find out they were scamming people. Stay away from them.

Bad Communication & Constantly Miss Deadlines I've been using Clever Ghosts for a few months now and I currently have their Elite Agency Plan for $747. They have yet to deliver a project on time in the last 3-4 months. I've worked around all their requests to help improve the process, submitted projects weeks in advance, but nothing has improved. Whenever I get or request updates on projects they consistently over-promise with delivery time/dates "uploading right now or today" and weeks go by without any updates. Makes it very had to run business with VERY UN-CONSISTENT TIMELINES & COMMUNICATION. The quality of the work is ok but still has typos and grammar errors but the biggest deal-breaker is the communication, expectations, and level of service. If you don't care about timelines and communication then you should give them a try.

Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible. I signed up for a plan with Clever Ghosts based on the recommendation from Fat Stacks Blog, like many others who have left a review. They made a lot of promises and never lived up to a single one. Thankfully, I didn't lose any money thanks to my credit card. After I filed a dispute with the credit card since Clever Ghosts had not delivered a single article in a month when I signed up for a plan with unlimited articles (and they completely stopped responding to emails), they came back to me a few weeks later with promises of change. They asked me to sign up through PayPal with the first month free and they promised daily contact now that they're adequately staffed. I decided I had nothing to lose since the first month was free so I gave them a shot. It was the same exact thing, lots of promises, not a single article delivered, and they stopped responding to any emails. Don't waste your time with them. They're a joke
