Still horrible (October 2021) Still horrible; don't fall into the trap. Wish I could give less than 1 star. I tried CG towards the end of 2020 and all they did was take my money and never provided any content, even on their highest plan. They reached out to me a month ago (September 2021) saying they were under new ownership and things were different. Gave them another shot and the first month ended 1 week ago. Being on their highest plan, the expectation is 60+ articles a month, but the first month expectation is 25+. I received 5 approved articles in total, and your account manager will just ghost you and string you along.

"Ghost" is amazingly ironic ... they will ghost you I bought after getting an email from Jon at Fat Stacks as he's usually sent me good recommendations. Clearly this company wasn't prepared for having more than a couple clients. Instead of doing the right thing and closing or explaining things, they literally ghosted us all.

I will say, it took them some time when I initially signed up to get the right amount of writers, but they let me know this up front so i wasn’t angry. They have a strict QA process to make sure content is quality which I appreciate. All in all it’s the best content writing service I’ve worked with and far better than hiring freelancers.

Total SCAM Like hundreds of readers of Fat St*cks, I've joined this total scam. The result? No content delivered, no replies, impossibility to get a refund. And they are still in business, somehow! If you've been scammed like us, I beg you to report this fraud to the FTC, to their web host, to your bank and so on... Alone we're weak but together we can fight back!

I had a feeling this is not going to go well for them if they had not prepared for many new sign ups. And it seems that they weren't or perhaps there are other reasons. Conspiracy theories aside, nothing was delivered and communication was poor or shall I say almost non existant. Either way, since it was not possible to cancel the subscription on their website (there was no button to do that) I have blocked my card and disputed the first month's payment. I have just received a successful claim and got my money back, while worsening their ratings in their banking system. If you want/have to do the same to get your money back - screenshot all the evidence and/or even better capture a video of their dashboard - I showed how it was not possible to cancel my subscription and prevent next auto payment from happening. Well at least, such evidence was enough in my case. Good luck publishers and the main guy behind Ghosts deserves a good ol' punch in the face :)
