TOTAL RIP OFF Their so called 'Live Support' were NEVER online. They said i would have received the code in 2-48 hours. Its now been week 3 with no response whatsoever to the numerous emails I've sent them or not even just to let me know the status of my unlock code. I wish i had done my research on them before i sent them my money. But i have reported them to a website who deals specially with these kind of things and they have let me know that I am one of literally many with complaints about them,and said that a few persons are taking legal action against them...that made me smile. I really do hope whoever is suing them gets those people for all they are worth and leaves them in debt like im sure they have done to others when taking their money and giving them nothing. Their customer support is awful. I gave them one star,but only because i had to,a one star rating is waaaaaaaaaay too high for those guys.

frauad, liars, total scam!!!!!!! paid the fee and has been 4 days,no code . several attempts to contact with no reply. phone number on site for them is not in service. total scam!!!!!!!!! do not fall for there scam!!!!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF I PAID THIS SITE FOR UNLOCK CODE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING (ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS) I HAVE SENT MANY E-MAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND WITH NO REPLY. NOW HAVING TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMP....DONT WAST YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM!!!!

Extremely helpful. This was clearly the right choice for unlocking my blackberry. Within 5 minutes of sending an email, I had a response! I was walked through the steps to unlock my phone, as they were made very clear, and easy to follow. I received my code within 10 minutes. Great customer support.

Terrible Service Long wait time on unlock code After paying didn't hear from them for days until i threatened to report them then they continued to ask me for the same information which i guess they dont keep on file from their system only to tell me that there isn't a code available. The customer service? there is none they guy literally laughed at me when i demanded i get my money back. All in all dont trust them, the "Live Support" is 99% of the time offline i'm sure there is a better service out there.
