The worst restaurant POS experience I… The worst restaurant POS experience I have had in 20 years of owning restaurants. 2 weeks into using this system at a full service restaurant and it continues to crash 10-15 times per shift. Support has know about this issue and it has not been resolved. Please save yourself the headache and go with another POS provider.

They where quick to sell me a system nothing but lies… They where quick to sell me a system and change my merchant services that I was extremely happy with and they said they cant sell me a system with out merchant. I went to find out that was a lie. I called all day and try to resolve an issue with there reporting and how things get reported that where incorrect. I then went to review my account and seen that over three thousand dollars where missing and the financial manager Debra stated she would get back to me and lied the whole time. Adam the sales representative lied the whole time and stated that the company is very big on morals and wanted do everything right and stated he was there but once the sale was over he was done. They tried to sneak things in on contracts and lie to get what they want. Once a problem happens management don't want to solve any thing they just want do hope everything goes away. I WILL BE GETTING WITH MY ATTORNEY FOR FALSE ADVARTISING AND MISS LEADING A CONSUMER TO BELIEVE SOMETHING TO MAKE A SALE.

Personal Processors and Ovvi- robbing me blind! I really got suckered by Personal Processors selling OVVI POS's. Promised my business the "best" POS software for my restaurant, with amazingly low credit card processing rates. "NO CONTRACT" They said! "We'll give you $1,000 US to sign up, ($500 to cancel existing processor contract, and $500 to cancel us if dissatisfied" They never deposited the $1,000. I spent weeks trying to work with the Ovvi system, butit was painfully slow, and there wasn't any instructions. So complex, that I needed to call technical support to run a simple payroll report, and damn near everything else. I wasted 20 hours hooking up the system three times, and disconnecting my existing system three times, and trying to get a simple burger order placed in under two minutes. Never even got close. When I told them I didn't want the Ovvi system anymore, I was told I had signed a five year contract at $375/month, and I had to pay it all off. They even sent me a copy of my electronic signature on some document that didn't have a contract number on it, and had never been sent to me. I NEVER signed it, electronically or otherwise. I've had my bank account debited for over $1,500, and now I'm paying a lawyer's retainer fee of $3,000 to get these guys out of my bank account. Meanwhile, I'm also having to store three terminals with 6 printers and various other boxes of their stuff. They don't seem to want their equipment back, since I've had it for 5 months. Additionally, I keep getting emails from BOOM, and Ascentium asking for more money. Mike, and Stephanie at Personal Processors never told me about Boom, Ascentium, or the Merchant Solution Center. Very devious to Bait and Switch me over to third (fourth?) parties to gain access to my bank accounts. In the two months I tried to get their system to work, I never ran one credit card through their portal.

Great POS system Great POS system. We had different systems and consolidated by switching every location to Possible POS. Very user friendly and reporting is a breeze now. They're also willing to customize reports for you. Two thumbs up
