AUScam Upon purchasing my items, I was contacted by the stall holder - NOMAD in this instance, that the items I purchased were no longer available. She is now not responding to messages or calls. I will be reporting Nomad to the relevant authorities. Do not buy berber baskets from her store. She is running a scam.

GBI paid almost 60.00 for a narive⦠I paid almost 60.00 for a native american jacket through storenvy 3 weeks ago and I never got my order! I contacted them through there support page and they do not address my issue; There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone so that is a red flag and there customer support is worthless! I will never order from storenvy ever again and will make sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.

I have recently started using this platform for my business and honestly whoever you were dealing with obviously does not take their business or customers seriously. Customer service should be a businesses top priority. Please don't assume all stores on Storenvy are fake and will rip you off. I take my business very seriously and it's a shame some horrible scammers have to ruin it for legitimate businesses. Thank you all and have a great day.

Ordered 2 items and after many excuses including natural disasters and lack of employees to fill orders, and false promises, I finally received one of my two items. And, DO NOT believe the promise of a 50% refund on late orders. My recommendation is that you spend your hard earned money with a more reputable and honest company.

GBLack of Accountability Store Envy has a huge problem with inactivity. It's a platform that individuals can set up a shop on, but I've ordered multiple items from four individual sellers and nobody has sent me anything. I feel like I'm just going around and around in circles emailing these shops and then ultimately having to resort to filing chargebacks with Paypal. I have no idea how Store Envy can stay in business like this. They don't have any means of allowing you to cancel your order while it is being processed and they have a lousy, non-public rating system. What the platform needs is accountability. If multiple people are filing chargebacks and complaining because they aren't getting their items, the website needs to shut the store down. However, they've removed themselves completely from that level of responsibility and it's easily visible on their website. This is definitely not a trustworthy platform that anyone should consider buying from.
