I contacted them through there support page and they do not address my issue; There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone so that is a red flag and there customer support is worthless! I will never order from storenvy ever again and will make sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.

Scam Upon purchasing my items, I was contacted by the stall holder - NOMAD in this instance, that the items I purchased were no longer available. She is now not responding to messages or calls. I will be reporting Nomad to the relevant authorities. Do not buy berber baskets from her store. She is running a scam.

About my last review About my last review, I didn't get the package but I DID get a refund after contacting storenvy. Not the people who ran it UNTIL i contacted the site. Refund came quick. Storenvy was nice. Will definitely do my research before I ever (If I use this again) shop on there. Youtube reviews do NOT count because most of your favorite youtubers are sponsored by the company.
