Collected personal information, then "shut the store down." Data-mining scam? I registered for a store, submitted all my personal information, gave them access to my PayPal, then the next time I log in I see a message that my account was "disabled." No email, no notification, no explanation. Sus.

Change of review I submitted a review last week re a product I had ordered over a month ago and never received. It did arrive today and I have concluded the delay was caused by strikes and the freeze on everything during the past week so I rescind the original review.

Top-1-Street part of Storenvy I ordered a wool jacket from Top-1-Street, a business on the Storenvy site. The Jacket came directly from China, complete with Chinese tags and labels, when the site said items would ship from California. The jacket was nothing like the description, the color was North Korean Army green when it was to be an Emerald Forest green, style was different as well, absolutely no shape or style. I have contacted the business three times and have received no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The Storenvy administrators have… The Storenvy administrators have disabled this store. It is not viewable by the public. If you believe your store has been disabled in error, please contact us. So i have only this message on my shop and all my items are down,no email from him why my shop is not viewable,what rules i have broke nothing.I have send couple emails this oast few months but i have no reply from him.Shame on it,Marketplaces like Storenvy should not exist,this is not professional marketplace.

Real Storenvy Store Owner Hello everyone, i am sorry you have had bad experiences on Storenvy. I have recently started using this platform for my business and honestly whoever you were dealing with obviously does not take their business or customers seriously. Customer service should be a businesses top priority. Please don't assume all stores on Storenvy are fake and will rip you off. I take my business very seriously and it's a shame some horrible scammers have to ruin it for legitimate businesses. Thank you all and have a great day.
