GBI've been with BeeVPN for over two years - excellent service and great technical support. If you're considering a VPN provider I think you want to know the following: Is it easy to set-up? YES - the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client is easy to install on both Windows and OS X - instructions are clear. You can be securely connected in minutes. Is it quick? YES - I've never had any issues with speed. Is it reliable? YES - I've never had any issues with any downtime. If I have a problem can I get support? YES - I wanted to include my Android phone in my existing subscription and needed instructions - dropped their support an email and received an email straight back. RECOMMENDED.

DKKind support - But speed varies alot.. Had a problem with my vpn regarding the cisco vpn client that was messed up... And since im not able to reinstall the OS on this machine, i had to find another way where i was still able to use my vpn. I contacted the support, and after some email exchanges, i was able to get another client that supported another way of connecting.... However there are also some minor things i don't like about beevpn... Some of which change have changed overtime... Pro's + cheap + support alot of platforms Cons - speed varies alot!... it used to be alot better about 1-1½ year ago.. either they got alot more customers and their vpn routers can't handle the encryption/decryption load.. or they need to expand the bandwidth capacity... - even though they say 24/7/365 support... they are extremely slow to respond on emails..

GBI will be staying with BeeVPN For one, BeeVPN is very reasonably priced. Two, it works great on my Android OS HTC Evo 4G and my HP laptop. Three, their great customer support, via email, walked a complete newb like myself through setting up the BeeVPN service on my afore mentioned Android device. Fourth, using BeeVPN makes me feel safer. Finally, all things considered, I'm totally happy and will be staying with BeeVPN. P.S. to the guy below complaining about wanting a refund because he's in Dubai and purchased a 12month service agreement BEFORE testing the service out... You did that to yourself, dude. Always test a new service before purchasing long term agreements. I tested BeeVPN and I'm staying with BeeVPN.

GBDishonest and unreasonable I thought I'd try Bee VPN because my existing VPN often resulted in a sizable drop in connection speed here in Dubai. What a big mistake I made. Avoid Bee VPN altogether! Whilst the VPN set-up is straightforward enough, the positives end there I'm afriad. I purchased a 12 month VPN package in order to get a better rate. I did this in good faith since they offered a 14 day money back guarantee should it not work. It did not work for me at first and so I had to contact their support who quickly advised that in order to use the VPN with an iPad I required to buy an add on package. I bought the add-on (again for 12 months) and the VPN connected although the connection speed was so slow that it was totally impracticable for even basic internet use. However as far as Bee VPN were concerned, the mere fact that a connection had been made meant that they were entirely absolved from any obligation to give a refund. I suggested that they charge me for one month at the full rate and refund me the rest of my subscription. They wouldn't budge. In summary, they sold me a 12 month VPN that did not work for me. Instead of refunding me (as they promised they would) they succeeded in getting me to part with more cash for an add on which enabled me to gain a connection which is so slow it it unusable. Then, they point blank refused to offer any refund whatsoever. Beware of Bee VPN. They really do sting you.

DK"Unrestricted" download/upload The script for the router did not work, it had to be modified. And im not getting full speed on my connection. I am currently in contact with support, who says its my router cpu that is not up to the task. So i send them a screenshot of me doing a speedtest, while looking at the routers cpu/ram usage. 8% for cpu, and 250 out of 256 mb ram free... It has a 800 mhz dual core. The router they recommend have a 480 mhz single core. Ill update this if they own up to the problem... But it might be a few days, since they only reply once a day, despite their 24/7/365 support sign on their page.
