Easy start up and good service for a first timer. This was the first time I have used a VPN and initially once I had paid I was unsure how to set up the connection and emailed the support centre. I quickly realised I needed to activate it through the email from beevpn and it worked great. I mainly wanted to watch British TV abroad and although there is some buffering which is to be expected (you get that even in the UK) it has been easy. Customer support had also quickly responded to my email in a surprisingly personal way and were ready to help me resolve the situation. So far so good but it has only been a few days. Great start.

YES - I've never had any issues with speed. Is it reliable? YES - I've never had any issues with any downtime. If I have a problem can I get support? YES - I wanted to include my Android phone in my existing subscription and needed instructions - dropped their support an email and received an email straight back. RECOMMENDED.
