MT is terrible — avoid at all costs. MT is a joke. The transfer to GoDaddy has been an utter disaster. I host three corporate/client websites with MT, and with the transfer two stopped resolving URL due to MediaTemple screwing up the MX records. There is ZERO customer support. Ticketed support is simply GONE. Nobody answers chat support — been on hold for hours. I just received a cryptic, worrying email saying "We recently noticed that the following Media Temple services of yours are suspended. Unfortunately, suspended services are not eligible to be migrated. If a service remains suspended the service will be deleted, and data will not be recoverable." WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN? I can't find anything on MT's site; nothing in my Admin corresponds to this email, and of course, there is no support. So I am fully backing up everything and preparing to inform my clients we should move our services to another host. This is pathetic, and evidently MT does not care about customer data, nevermind website uptime.

Stay away from this hosting OMG! What a disaster! I used and loved Media Temple since 2010. What a nightmare it became after it was sold to GoDaddy. My business email is rejected half of the time due to spam issues. After a long back and forth with the support they told me they can't do anything because someone on the same mail node is a spammer and it affects others. DNS is on and off during the last 12 months. Support says - we can see here that everything works properly, but Google meticulously keeps pausing my Ads due to the destination being unavailable. Stay away from this mess. Never thought I'll say something like this about Media Temple. So sad.

After 10+ years, I would give 0 stars if I could I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been with MediaTemple for well over a decade and since the switch to no tech support, it's a nightmare. They upped the prices a ton and the actual service tanked. They've lost my business effectively immediately. If you hope to get tech support, expect a chatbot to be just about the only option. Seriously... a chatbot is the only thing that ever responds or answers the phone. Impossible to get a real human. And the social team on twitter was like, sorry, we can't actually help in real issues. I've escalated through twitter with numerous companies with great success. To have a company like MT offer no solutions or way to escalate to a human even through Twitter is beyond the pale. Gone forever from MT and never looking back.

The Media Temple managers are criminals. The Media Temple managers have gone criminal. We have been a customer for almost 20 years and when the announced their move to GoDaddy they dropped all support. The server all our websites are on is also hosting known spammers, so the whole block of domains are blacklisted and we cannot get any mail delivered from any or our domains. We had to buy seperate Microsoft 365 emails. Their customer service is non existent, they have put our’s and our client's businesses in jeopardy. We are frantically searching for a replacement host and trying to figure out how we can transfer the websites, emails, all the settings and a full Plesk setup to a new company. Huge time loss! Huge expense! Huge liability! They should be sued. These people are criminals.

If I could give negative reviews these… If I could give negative reviews these guys would get -10 stars. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED TECH SUPPORT THIS BAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! DON'T KNOW HOW THESE GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS AND I WILL BE MOVING MY CLIENTS OFF OF THESE JOKERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT'S IF I CAN EVER GET BACK INTO MY SITES AT ALL! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS POSSIBLE!
