This is a great company This is a great company! They have some of the highest quality incontinence products that you can find. I wasn't used to non-supermarket brands, and their prices seemed steep, but they really aren't. I didn't need as much product due to the absorbency and had way fewer skin issues and leaks. It actually wound up being less expensive in the long run. Their customer service is great too and service is quick.

Very pissed off Very pissed off. These jerks sent my package with another hand delivered open adult diaper brochure, it had not even been in an envelope. Fed ex supposedly said nothing when they delivered it to my neighbor's house. Now I have to live with this crap, selling my house. Thanks morons!

I have tried many different types of… I have tried many different types of over nite diapers and by far, Northshore Medical carries the top two. The Mega Max and the Air Supreme are absolutely great. You can save a little by going with a cheaper diaper, but trust me, it's not worth waking up with a diaper that leaked.

Megamax briefs are the best I have ever found. I have been using Megamax briefs for a good year and a half so far. They are the best fitting, most comfortable and most importantly the most absorbent briefs I have ever found. I have tried many others over the years and have to say the Megamax briefs give me complete confidence that I will stay dry through the night without question. I have never had a single leak anywhere from these. I trust North Shore for my incontinence needs and will continue to be a faithful customer for many years. Thank you. 😊

Money Hungry Company Denies free sample requests until you make a purchase order. They clearly value money over their customers and their well-being. This is disgusting of a company to do seeing as I am disabled and need incontinence products but often can’t afford it. Their customer service team is unhelpful and often times rude. The cases I had purchased from them were in AWFUL CONDITION, diaper stuffing falling out, tapes ripping off, leaks, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
