Money Hungry Company Denies free sample requests until you make a purchase order. They clearly value money over their customers and their well-being. This is disgusting of a company to do seeing as I am disabled and need incontinence products but often can’t afford it. Their customer service team is unhelpful and often times rude. The cases I had purchased from them were in AWFUL CONDITION, diaper stuffing falling out, tapes ripping off, leaks, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I can't say enough good about this company! NorthShore has been amazing since the first time I contacted them. From sending free samples so that we could find the correct size, to replacing a lost order (Fed Ex issue, not NorthShore's) and refunding the shipping cost since we didn't get it the next day like we normally do. They have excellent products, but the outstanding customer service is what will always keep me as a customer.

Amazing diapers I had to put my dad in a nursing home recently and was having trouble finding good diapers as he has been dealing with a bad rash. I was having trouble deciding and called them directly to ask questions. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Janet who was so nice and offered to send some samples. Imagine my surprise when I got a box full of samples. I was so surprised and was so happy I had already ordered some and they are such a nice quality and so so much better than what we were using. What a great and caring company

Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out… Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out the northshore supreme plastic backed diapers/nappies and having to pay more for the privilege. Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister
