Little did I know what an understatement that would be! It was life-changing. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so seen, heard, and supported. The commentary and encouragement that arose from the sharing of our deepest truths was intelligent, constructive, and empowering. To be able to share and receive such supportive, thoughtful feedback is a gift everyone deserves to experience. The rewards I left this retreat with are immeasurable and beyond dear to my heart. There are major milestones in life that are so much sweeter when shared; this retreat is the perfect example. Together, we were encouragers, empathizers, enliveners, inspirations, and mirrors to each other. Priyananda is a special soul; his heart shines through in everything he does. His unapologetic, genuine pursuit of the truth is the backbone behind this powerhouse of a program. In his presence, you will be blessed with his warmth, wisdom. As we were packing up to leave, I wrote “How has it been a week already? How has it only been a week?” Pieces of my heart will forever live with these people , but not in a way that feels like I’m leaving something nonrenewable behind. I feel that with every piece I’ve left, something greater has been gifted to me in return. For anyone who is reading this and thinking “Should I take the leap?” Do it. You will be caught and brought home to a personal reality greater than you can imagine... if you’re ready to do the work! This is not a journey for the faint of heart; to be present with yourself, to dedicate this effort, this time for yourself, takes a brave soul ready for transformation. I Feel Like I've Found Inner Peace After this week, I feel like I've found inner peace, my lightness, and my wisdom again. This retreat was truly transformational for me. The gorgeous, secluded setting in the Jungle, the nurturing atmosphere Louise creates, and the acceptance and support were all invaluable to me. We got deep fast. Louise provided wonderful inspiration/guidance and there was always space to share should we choose to do so. I admire and deeply respect her. She is grounded, honest, and authentic, and her willingness to be vulnerable with us and tell her own story helped the rest of us feel comfortable being vulnerable, too. She made me feel safe and seen. I will take so much - the power of reframing personal narratives, the reminder of who I am at my core, and the realization that I haven't been feeding my soul enough. I am going to dance and sing more. I am going to create time to sit in nature and feed my soul with beauty. Trust your intuition and do it. You will come out renewed and inspired to live a more authentic life. You will be reminded of your own beauty."

Healing Body Energy changed my life Healing Body Energy changed my life, I've been back for almost a month now. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. Every single person involved with Healing Body Energy really cares on a deep personal level. I was in such a tough place when I found them, it has been the most profound experience I've ever had. The company is pure, they curate a really well thought out experience. I feel so connected to myself and am living in true happiness since I have been back. I wish I could give them 20/10 stars!!

Furthermore, I've realized that the person I thought I was communicating with ("Sheila Syngal") is actually a fake person they made up, using a stock image of Sonia Syngal, ex CEO of GAP INC. In reality, I have been speaking directly to the Alysia Kaempf, the "CEO" (look her up on Linkedin and Facebook..) To note, BookYogaRetreats.com has also dodged my calls, and are complicit in working with a scam business. Pls avoid giving any money to this business. Your safety is at risk.

It is a once in a lifetime experience, and pure magic It is truly life changing. The people don’t just care, they connect and are there for you. It is inspiring I learned more about myself in 5 nights than in 30 years of professional & personal development. It has sent me on a lifetime quest to better myself, live life to the fullest, deepen my consciousness, and never settle. I am connected to humanity and the universe in a way I have never been. I am so grateful to this amazing place and it’s extraordinary people. You have my deepest thanks I will be back, and encouraging those closest to me to attend soon.
