I Feel Like I've Found Inner Peace After this week, I feel like I've found inner peace, my lightness, and my wisdom again. This retreat was truly transformational for me. The gorgeous, secluded setting in the Jungle, the nurturing atmosphere Louise creates, and the acceptance and support were all invaluable to me. We got deep fast. Louise provided wonderful inspiration/guidance and there was always space to share should we choose to do so. I admire and deeply respect her. She is grounded, honest, and authentic, and her willingness to be vulnerable with us and tell her own story helped the rest of us feel comfortable being vulnerable, too. She made me feel safe and seen. I will take so much - the power of reframing personal narratives, the reminder of who I am at my core, and the realization that I haven't been feeding my soul enough. I am going to dance and sing more. I am going to create time to sit in nature and feed my soul with beauty. Trust your intuition and do it. You will come out renewed and inspired to live a more authentic life. You will be reminded of your own beauty."

Healing Body Energy Retreat is a magical retreat. Watching the glow of the sunrise during meditation and yoga is pure magic. The fire ceremony was such an incredible once in a lifetime experience. As someone who is health-conscious, I was delighted to see that all the meals were made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were incredible, and I felt nourished from the inside out. The massages and healings were some of the best I've ever experienced. The skilled therapists worked their magic, releasing the tension in my body and leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The smooth drive allowed me to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery during the ride to and from the retreat. Overall, my experience at Healing Body Energy Retreat was truly life-changing. I feel like a different person from when I first arrived, and I credit the retreat for helping me find a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner peace. Better than what I expected This retreat has been a beautiful part of my life journey that I'm so glad I took. Healing Body Energy really is an amazing retreat. The place itself was clean, wonderful, and at one with nature. Beds comfy, views stunning, meals always so, so delicious. Night ceremonies were beautiful and fit perfect with our week. This is an experience you will never forget. It's a chance to be creative and really focus on yourself. It's a wonderful way to pause and focus on what truly drives you. What a glorious thing they put together. This will touch so many."
