Exactly what I Needed At this moment in my life, this retreat was exactly the medicine I needed. I had moments of hesitation but leaned into them. I have loved it and will cherish the trust and love grown here. I laid my soul open in order to rearrange, learn, and grow. The healers me gracefully through some tough terrain and we came out the other side softer, warmer, wiser and more in touch with our own soul voice. There was no wrong way to do anything and i was encouraged to explore - words, phrases. They helped me get more out of this week than I imagined I was capable of. Definitely a 'work of heart.' Better than what I expected This retreat has been a beautiful part of my life journey that I'm so glad I took. Healing Body Energy really is an amazing retreat. The place itself was clean, wonderful, and at one with nature. Beds comfy, views stunning, meals always so, so delicious. Night ceremonies were beautiful and fit perfect with our week. This is an experience you will never forget. It's a chance to be creative and really focus on yourself. It's a wonderful way to pause and focus on what truly drives you. What a glorious thing they put together. This will touch so many."

Exactly What I Needed! This truly was a sacred experience. It was definitely a challenge to introspect, and at times painful, but reclaiming our narrative put mine into perspective. I am armed with greater self-confidence and feel more comfortable than ever before to be my authentic self. Louise was an absolute pleasure to be around, a masterful facilitator, a great listener, and beyond all else, a beautiful soul. She is extremely open and nonjudgmental. She was (somehow - by magic?) able to create this truly sacred, safe and trusting environment. Louise was able to inspire us to look past our past and help guide us into rediscovering what it is our hearts yearn for. This retreat is a beautiful gift you can give yourself. To allow yourself time to introspect. To be reunited with your intuition. To rediscover yourself, your passions. It’s a difficult journey, but well worth it. I Feel Like I've Found Inner Peace After this week, I feel like I've found inner peace, my lightness, and my wisdom again. This retreat was truly transformational for me. The gorgeous, secluded setting in the Jungle, the nurturing atmosphere Louise creates, and the acceptance and support were all invaluable to me. We got deep fast. Louise provided wonderful inspiration/guidance and there was always space to share should we choose to do so. I admire and deeply respect her. She is grounded, honest, and authentic, and her willingness to be vulnerable with us and tell her own story helped the rest of us feel comfortable being vulnerable, too. She made me feel safe and seen. I will take so much - the power of reframing personal narratives, the reminder of who I am at my core, and the realization that I haven't been feeding my soul enough.
