Awful experience with customer support Awful experience with customer support, was sent the wrong item twice and apparently there's a shortage. Ordered on Christmas and now it is March, I still have not received my order.

No instructions Ordered their product from Amazon. It was delivered timely and was well packaged. But it did not include any instruction on how to use the product. With no instructions, it ended up in the garbage. I contacted the company and all I was told was “ we’re sorry”. They don’t include instructions after I purchase their product and pay for it and they say sorry. Very poor customer service! If your thinking of a product like this, order from another brand.
