Great Customer Service I love the product and have been using it every day since May. There’s no question about it providing blood flow to your face and neck and improving your jawline. I never had expectations about it removing double chin fat. Some of us who are fit have an issue with this nevertheless. I’m really impressed with their customer service as I tore through the product. Even though I was outside my guarantee window, they immediately sent me a replacement. I can not ask for more fair or better service than that.

AVOID THIS COMPANY This company is dishonest and their product is ineffective. I bought the intermediate jaw exerciser. It took ages to arrive, and when it did it was packed in a clear plastic bag, no label, no instructions- nothing. I reached out to the company and they linked a video that said to boil the device for 20 seconds to mold the teeth inserts. I did that and a) the inserts did not mold to my teeth, and b) the device lost ALL of its resistance. I have asked the company for a replacement or return in over a dozen emails, to which they continuously gave me the runaround. They advertise 100% money back guarantee which is clearly a lie. They also addressed an email towards the end of this chain 'Hello Suqu' which is b**** in Russian. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, as I will continue to do for any social media company that is misleading in any way moving forward. I thought with Huberman's name backing them they would be trustworthy but I was wrong.

Love the product and jaw size increased Love the product and found substantial improvements in jaw size after a couple months of usage. Customer service is also great. One of my products broke down and they shipped me a replacement.

Great Customer Service Jawzrsize sent me out my package and at first I thought there might of been an issue with the shipping. After investigating the situation, our local Post Office informed us that we been having postal theft in our area for the last week or two and they have an investigator on the case. I sent Jawzrsize a synopsis of my situation and they went ahead and sent out another package to me, no questions asked. That's customer service. Can't wait to use the product, it's being shipped now.
