GB0 stars!!!!!!Just don’t 0 stars!!!!!!Just don’t! Don’t do it! If you did it and signed a contract sent a certified mail immediately before the 3 days cancellation. Send it to the address in Nevada and also to Georgia. Contract says to Nevada but according to reviews they will tell you they don’t know that address and that they didn’t get the notification. I sent my cancellation within the 3 day notice to Nevada address. Called several times to confirm. I was put on hold and haven’t been able to talk to anyone yet. If you try to cancel by phone they will put you on hold so you never talk to them and cancel. This is very bad business tricking good people. Hopefully we can resolve my cancellation soon. Hope this review works for you. Btw if you don’t make a payment because they did a bad job installing or you never got your pool on time or etc. They will take your property, land , home. Your screwed! Life warranty apparently is a lie.

GBGreat company!! Great company!!! 10 out of 10 on customer service! They came the same day that I called and got me into a new pool! Could not be more happy with them! Any time I call I get to talk to a real person and they always respond and resolve my issues! Thanks blue world pools!

GBBlue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!
