GBGreat pool! We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools (we have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract. Our salesman offered many incentives to sign the contract same-day and we had been wanting a pool for many years, so we did sign the same day. This may not be wise for all people so make sure you are completely comfortable with the monthly payment and commitment before signing. We are VERY happy we chose this pool! After startup each season and minor adjustments of levels, we follow the required maintenance (easy peasy) and we have a crystal clear pool all season long!

GBBlue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!
