GBWe love our pool We love our pool! We enjoy it with our grandkids & family! Installation was fast! Everything was set up in one day and the installer explained how everything worked and left phone numbers in case we had any additional questions! We have had our pool almost two years and I can still count on them whenever I call!

GBhorrible company customer service. This company can not be a legit company! They scheduled two appointments and we moved schedules around for them, for them to not show up TWICE, and then tell us "we no longer cover your area." They don't let you talk to anyone that can solve the issue or fix the problem AND they just keep you on hold. I wouldn't doubt that their products are also subpar since they can't even keep an appointment and even after they called to confirm it, and then just don't show up. Keep in mind, when I made the appointment, I confirmed with them that they cover my area, told them last time no one showed up, and then they called me the day before my appointment to confirm, which I did. said the technician would call me an hour before to confirm again, I never received a call and they never showed up. They lied and then had no respect to let us know they werent gonna make it. So when I call, they said "as of yesterday, they no longer cover your area." Yesterday they called to confirm my appointment đŸ¤¯ I couldn't imagine what installation would be if they can't even have decent customer service and respect.

GBGreat pool! We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools (we have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract. Our salesman offered many incentives to sign the contract same-day and we had been wanting a pool for many years, so we did sign the same day. This may not be wise for all people so make sure you are completely comfortable with the monthly payment and commitment before signing. We are VERY happy we chose this pool! After startup each season and minor adjustments of levels, we follow the required maintenance (easy peasy) and we have a crystal clear pool all season long!

GBBlue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!
