GBI’ve had my Blue World Pool for two… I’ve had my Blue World Pool for two years. Each time I call for service or questions around chemicals that I don’t need. I am able to get through talk to someone and get my questions answered. They also provide great videos on how to open your pool closing your pool and all sorts of valuable information, love that I made the decision to go with Blue world pools definitely more expensive and you get what you pay for my liner is Still beautiful and my pool is still functioning very well two years

GBBlue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!

GBGreat pool! We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools (we have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract. Our salesman offered many incentives to sign the contract same-day and we had been wanting a pool for many years, so we did sign the same day. This may not be wise for all people so make sure you are completely comfortable with the monthly payment and commitment before signing. We are VERY happy we chose this pool! After startup each season and minor adjustments of levels, we follow the required maintenance (easy peasy) and we have a crystal clear pool all season long!

GBCan’t keep appointments and lies Can’t keep appointments and lies. But I will say after reading all the reviews, I am SOOOOO thankful they are a terrible company and didn’t show up to ANY appointments. Thank you Lord for protecting us! When I posted a comment on their business page, they deleted my comment and blocked me! That in itself is so telling. My husband hopped on and left the comments again. We’ll see if he is blocked and his comments deleted too. Oh! And I also found out they offer their customers $250 off to leave a good review. It seems like maybe some reviews could potentially be bought.

GBI am very pleased with my pool I am very pleased with my pool, although it took a minute to get to me . I received my pool in August last year but we had a wonderful time. Customer service was wonderful knowledgeable. They’re just a great company. Thanks so much. Ronetta Davis
