Can’t keep appointments and lies Can’t keep appointments and lies. But I will say after reading all the reviews, I am SOOOOO thankful they are a terrible company and didn’t show up to ANY appointments. Thank you Lord for protecting us! When I posted a comment on their business page, they deleted my comment and blocked me! That in itself is so telling. My husband hopped on and left the comments again. We’ll see if he is blocked and his comments deleted too. Oh! And I also found out they offer their customers $250 off to leave a good review. It seems like maybe some reviews could potentially be bought.

Don’t do it!!!!! Rip off!! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have! This company is a complete scam! Horrible customer service. They never have anyone available “in the area” for repairs or trouble shooting. They put this PVC plumbing in and apparently it is unnecessary! No one else wants to touch it because of the “unnecessary plumbing/PVC”. Every season for 4 seasons now there has been some kind of problem! They are a rip off! Please just go somewhere else and do your homework!

We love our pool from Blue World Pools We love our pool from Blue World Pools! It has lasted over ten years and is still getting compliments. The quality and customer service is wonderful! They have been a pleasure to work with.

We love our pool We love our pool! We enjoy it with our grandkids & family! Installation was fast! Everything was set up in one day and the installer explained how everything worked and left phone numbers in case we had any additional questions! We have had our pool almost two years and I can still count on them whenever I call!

Blue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!
