I am able to get through talk to someone and get my questions answered. They also provide great videos on how to open your pool closing your pool and all sorts of valuable information, love that I made the decision to go with Blue world pools definitely more expensive and you get what you pay for my liner is Still beautiful and my pool is still functioning very well two years

Blue World / Pressure sales Had a sales rep. come out. He was great at giving the trained material. He was honest and upfront, but I could feel the high pressure sales tactics. I had questions and wanted to do some research before making a big ticket purchase. Get more than 1 bid. The rep. called to check in after the sales pitch and to tell him I wanted to get other bids before making a big ticket purchase. The supervisor did not want to listen to me and my concerns. The supervisor tried an even harder sales job, telling me that at the end of the day he knows about the pools. At the end of the day, I'm Still the customer! Just Not, their customer!
