Great company!! Great company!!! 10 out of 10 on customer service! They came the same day that I called and got me into a new pool! Could not be more happy with them! Any time I call I get to talk to a real person and they always respond and resolve my issues! Thanks blue world pools!

Don’t do it!!!!! Rip off!! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have! This company is a complete scam! Horrible customer service. They never have anyone available “in the area” for repairs or trouble shooting. They put this PVC plumbing in and apparently it is unnecessary! No one else wants to touch it because of the “unnecessary plumbing/PVC”. Every season for 4 seasons now there has been some kind of problem! They are a rip off! Please just go somewhere else and do your homework!

We love our pool We love our pool! The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. The installer had it installed in a day and we were swimming the next day. Customer services has been great with helping us maintain our pool. Thank you so much!
