GBI would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to Friends and Family I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.

GBAqua rest 600 spa Great customer service, received order ahead of schedule.update, delivery was curb side, me and two helpers put the tub on a 600lb. rated garden cart to move it across grass to yard, the cart needs inflatable tires for non paved surfaces. once on concrete I could move it myself. I've been using the aqua rest 600 for 2 weeks now, easy setup, fits 4 comfortable, very quiet, I would highly recommend it, Clearwater had the best price, comparable tubs on long island were practically double in price. For a good quality plug and play call Clearwater spa and order this tub.

GBI received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.

GBHot tub great, shipping experience not exactly... Ordering and shipping response from Clearwater was great. Really like the hot tub. Delivery service was not as advertised, issues there. We were supposed to be contacted by shipper (Estes) and set up a delivery time/day. Estes notified us on a Friday that hot tub was out for delivery without giving us notice or setting up appointment. We had not planned for this so had made other plans for that day. Had to scramble to get delivery stopped. Following Monday arranged with Estes to have HT delivered following Tuesday between 9-3pm. Tuesday no delivery and no contact from Estes. Called late in afternoon and Estes had no clue what happened. Online tracking was not accurate or helpful. I setup to have Hot tub delivered next day, driver was very helpful.

GBZERO communication, terrible service, AVOID! Order placed April 22 and payment was taken at that time. ZERO communication from clearwater regarding the order or shipping. Multiple emails sat un-responded to. Several phone calls ignored. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and was told I would get a call back... still waiting. Horrible service, misleading advertising about shipping. AVOID!!!! Hopefully they will ship the order ASAP, as expedited as possible and I will not have to cancel the order and dispute the already charged money.
