GBGreat customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

GBAwful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

GBSlow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

GBStill hopeful for a good outcome The hot tub delivery company used was less than perfect, but we have gotten it hooked up. As of day 4, it still had not reached the 100 degree standard temp but it has been below freezing most of the week here. I am concerned that when we hooked it up a bunch of “mold”/black stuff came out of the jets which tells me it’s had water run through it before. The filter is now filthy before even it’s first actual use so we will have to clean it before we can use it. Still hoping for a positive experience once we actually get to use it.

Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!
