Over 3 months no tub ... I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? All my dealings with them were pleasant… All my dealings with them were pleasant and straightforward. The spa shipped much faster than anticipated and will arrive much sooner. They have sent instructions on how to receive the spa and make sure it isn't damaged. It really seems they are watching out for my best interest. Love it!

So far so good So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!

I would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to Friends and Family I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.
