GBGreat Service and Product!! I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.

GBGreat customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

GBSlow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key

GBI received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.
