Great Service and Product!! I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.

Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. So far so good So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!
