I would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to Friends and Family I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.

Still hopeful for a good outcome The hot tub delivery company used was less than perfect, but we have gotten it hooked up. As of day 4, it still had not reached the 100 degree standard temp but it has been below freezing most of the week here. I am concerned that when we hooked it up a bunch of “mold”/black stuff came out of the jets which tells me it’s had water run through it before. The filter is now filthy before even it’s first actual use so we will have to clean it before we can use it. Still hoping for a positive experience once we actually get to use it.

I received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.

Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received. Exceeded my expectations Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.
