Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.
