Hot tub great, shipping experience not exactly... Ordering and shipping response from Clearwater was great. Really like the hot tub. Delivery service was not as advertised, issues there. We were supposed to be contacted by shipper (Estes) and set up a delivery time/day. Estes notified us on a Friday that hot tub was out for delivery without giving us notice or setting up appointment. We had not planned for this so had made other plans for that day. Had to scramble to get delivery stopped. Following Monday arranged with Estes to have HT delivered following Tuesday between 9-3pm. Tuesday no delivery and no contact from Estes. Called late in afternoon and Estes had no clue what happened. Online tracking was not accurate or helpful. I setup to have Hot tub delivered next day, driver was very helpful.

Called from Oregon … Called from Oregon early this morning. Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!

Slow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

Exceeded my expectations Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.

They have sent instructions on how to receive the spa and make sure it isn't damaged. It really seems they are watching out for my best interest. Love it!
