Awful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received. ZERO communication, terrible service, AVOID! Order placed April 22 and payment was taken at that time. ZERO communication from clearwater regarding the order or shipping. Multiple emails sat un-responded to. Several phone calls ignored. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and was told I would get a call back... still waiting. Horrible service, misleading advertising about shipping. AVOID!!!! Hopefully they will ship the order ASAP, as expedited as possible and I will not have to cancel the order and dispute the already charged money.

Called from Oregon … Called from Oregon early this morning. Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!

Great Service and Product!! I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.
