GBEnjoy my tub twice a day. Enjoy my tub twice a day, every day. Very comfortable and deep enough for a 6'-2" person. Effortless set up and relatively quick initial heat up time. Acoustom to jets being a little larger in diameter and with more punch in my previous therapy tub, but acceptable. As a severe diabetic, who has very sensative skin, the slip resistant, rough surface has to be navigated with caution. Can rub the contact points, (elbows, tailbone area) raw if moving around with contact to surface. So far so good, absolutely no issues.

Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key

GBExceeded my expectations Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.

GBSlow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.
