Hot tub great, shipping experience not exactly... Ordering and shipping response from Clearwater was great. Really like the hot tub. Delivery service was not as advertised, issues there. We were supposed to be contacted by shipper (Estes) and set up a delivery time/day. Estes notified us on a Friday that hot tub was out for delivery without giving us notice or setting up appointment. We had not planned for this so had made other plans for that day. Had to scramble to get delivery stopped. Following Monday arranged with Estes to have HT delivered following Tuesday between 9-3pm. Tuesday no delivery and no contact from Estes. Called late in afternoon and Estes had no clue what happened. Online tracking was not accurate or helpful. I setup to have Hot tub delivered next day, driver was very helpful.

Great customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Awful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

ZERO communication, terrible service, AVOID! Order placed April 22 and payment was taken at that time. ZERO communication from clearwater regarding the order or shipping. Multiple emails sat un-responded to. Several phone calls ignored. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and was told I would get a call back... still waiting. Horrible service, misleading advertising about shipping. AVOID!!!! Hopefully they will ship the order ASAP, as expedited as possible and I will not have to cancel the order and dispute the already charged money.

Enjoy my tub twice a day. Enjoy my tub twice a day, every day. Very comfortable and deep enough for a 6'-2" person. Effortless set up and relatively quick initial heat up time. Acoustom to jets being a little larger in diameter and with more punch in my previous therapy tub, but acceptable. As a severe diabetic, who has very sensative skin, the slip resistant, rough surface has to be navigated with caution. Can rub the contact points, (elbows, tailbone area) raw if moving around with contact to surface. So far so good, absolutely no issues.
