Slow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

Called from Oregon … Called from Oregon early this morning. Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!

They have sent instructions on how to receive the spa and make sure it isn't damaged. It really seems they are watching out for my best interest. Love it!

I would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to Friends and Family I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.

Great Service and Product!! I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.
