Smooth process, nice people After a scam experience with an online retailer I found Clearwater. I was skeptical and called a few different times with questions. They had the spa we wanted in a nearby warehouse and it was delivered to our driveway in about a week. Great service!

Called from Oregon … Called from Oregon early this morning. Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!

So far so good So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!

Slow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received.
