Awful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

Over 3 months no tub ... I would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to Friends and Family I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.

So far so good So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!
