Great Service and Product!! I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.

Awful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received. Smooth process, nice people After a scam experience with an online retailer I found Clearwater. I was skeptical and called a few different times with questions. They had the spa we wanted in a nearby warehouse and it was delivered to our driveway in about a week. Great service!

Over 3 months no tub ... I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key
