Slow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

Great customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Love our new Spa Love our new spa. The Aquarest 600 premium is roomier than I thought it would be and we’re large people. Also very durable and stylish. With the 40 amp install it’s got very nice features that rival much more expensive units. Perfect size for our deck and a great poolside compliment. Did I forget to mention affordable?

Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. Aqua rest 600 spa Great customer service, received order ahead of schedule.update, delivery was curb side, me and two helpers put the tub on a 600lb. rated garden cart to move it across grass to yard, the cart needs inflatable tires for non paved surfaces. once on concrete I could move it myself. I've been using the aqua rest 600 for 2 weeks now, easy setup, fits 4 comfortable, very quiet, I would highly recommend it, Clearwater had the best price, comparable tubs on long island were practically double in price. For a good quality plug and play call Clearwater spa and order this tub.
