GBI received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.

I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key

GBEnjoy my tub twice a day. Enjoy my tub twice a day, every day. Very comfortable and deep enough for a 6'-2" person. Effortless set up and relatively quick initial heat up time. Acoustom to jets being a little larger in diameter and with more punch in my previous therapy tub, but acceptable. As a severe diabetic, who has very sensative skin, the slip resistant, rough surface has to be navigated with caution. Can rub the contact points, (elbows, tailbone area) raw if moving around with contact to surface. So far so good, absolutely no issues.

GBAqua rest 600 spa Great customer service, received order ahead of schedule.update, delivery was curb side, me and two helpers put the tub on a 600lb. rated garden cart to move it across grass to yard, the cart needs inflatable tires for non paved surfaces. once on concrete I could move it myself. I've been using the aqua rest 600 for 2 weeks now, easy setup, fits 4 comfortable, very quiet, I would highly recommend it, Clearwater had the best price, comparable tubs on long island were practically double in price. For a good quality plug and play call Clearwater spa and order this tub.

GBStill hopeful for a good outcome The hot tub delivery company used was less than perfect, but we have gotten it hooked up. As of day 4, it still had not reached the 100 degree standard temp but it has been below freezing most of the week here. I am concerned that when we hooked it up a bunch of “mold”/black stuff came out of the jets which tells me it’s had water run through it before. The filter is now filthy before even it’s first actual use so we will have to clean it before we can use it. Still hoping for a positive experience once we actually get to use it.
