Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. So far so good So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!

Awful delivery system Communication is decent, but their freight system is absolutely awful. They’ve rescheduled our delivery three times. I had to make sure someone was home every day they guaranteed it would be here. All three days were wasted waiting for our spa to arrive, that STILL has not arrived. I’ve reached out to the freight company and to Clearwater and they have not been helpful at all. I just hope the spa is better than their delivery system.

Great customer service, speed We love our spa! What a great update for our patio. But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Aqua rest 600 spa Great customer service, received order ahead of schedule.update, delivery was curb side, me and two helpers put the tub on a 600lb. rated garden cart to move it across grass to yard, the cart needs inflatable tires for non paved surfaces. once on concrete I could move it myself. I've been using the aqua rest 600 for 2 weeks now, easy setup, fits 4 comfortable, very quiet, I would highly recommend it, Clearwater had the best price, comparable tubs on long island were practically double in price. For a good quality plug and play call Clearwater spa and order this tub.
