All my dealings with them were pleasant… All my dealings with them were pleasant and straightforward. The spa shipped much faster than anticipated and will arrive much sooner. They have sent instructions on how to receive the spa and make sure it isn't damaged. It really seems they are watching out for my best interest. Love it!

Excellent product and support! Excellent product and support! We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received. Slow and useless It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.

Still hopeful for a good outcome The hot tub delivery company used was less than perfect, but we have gotten it hooked up. As of day 4, it still had not reached the 100 degree standard temp but it has been below freezing most of the week here. I am concerned that when we hooked it up a bunch of “mold”/black stuff came out of the jets which tells me it’s had water run through it before. The filter is now filthy before even it’s first actual use so we will have to clean it before we can use it. Still hoping for a positive experience once we actually get to use it.

Love our new Spa Love our new spa. The Aquarest 600 premium is roomier than I thought it would be and we’re large people. Also very durable and stylish. With the 40 amp install it’s got very nice features that rival much more expensive units. Perfect size for our deck and a great poolside compliment. Did I forget to mention affordable?
