GBI received a hot tub cover damaged with… I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.

GBLove our new Spa Love our new spa. The Aquarest 600 premium is roomier than I thought it would be and we’re large people. Also very durable and stylish. With the 40 amp install it’s got very nice features that rival much more expensive units. Perfect size for our deck and a great poolside compliment. Did I forget to mention affordable?

I understand theres a pandemic Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing Its been over 3 months since the order was placed The phone # they give is a recording Theres no one to talk too Cant find an email address Peoplelikeclearwater?? Who are these people? Not this person Come on PLC you can do better ... Better communication with your customers is key

GBExceeded my expectations Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.
