USGarbage!!!! So I was really excited to get my fury edge. But then I got it. And ima say this. If you like smoke or vapor when you smoke then don't buy this. Yes it does produce vapor but it's very little. The chamber is so small you can't get but a hit or two then it tastes bad. I would return it but then I go read there supposedly "100% money back guarantee" they want to take 20% restocking fee. This has served its purpose. Companies add policies like this to discouraged people from returning there bad products they know they are selling you. The whole time I spent with this device I was (TRYING TO GET A HIT!!!) It's going in the garbage I wouldn't even give this to anyone. I don't like wasting anyone's time unlike this company

USFantastic customer service and product ! My edge stopped working so they gave me a $65 discount on the rouge bundle. I incorrectly thought I had a problem so i sent it to be checked out they explained there was nothing wrong with the unit but sent me a whole new bundle. Fantastic customer service

AUMouthpieces are a joke The device itself is fine and has held up pretty well over time. But as another user mentioned here, the mouthpieces are terrible. They just don't last unfortunately. They have plastic tabs that snap off, rendering them unusable. And according to Healthy Rips, the mouthpieces are not covered under their warranty... A bit of a shame that a company can't stand behind their product and help out the customers that have problems with them. Instead they throw them under the bus. As a person living in Australia, if you're buying outside of the US, they don't seem to really care about the local laws either. Here, products have to have reasonable durability. And I wouldn't call this reasonable. EDIT: I ended up contacting Healthy Rips regarding the replacement. As I would assume, anyone reading their reply would most likely assume it's pretty good will offering to replace the faulty device with the updated one. However, all they are ACTUALLY offering is for me to send me device in, to get 50% off a new device off of their own website. But only if my device is still having problems. As I've already thrown the old mouthpiece away, since it's been over 4 months since I had the issue. I can only assume anyone having the same problem would've done the same. So essentially, it's a poor, effectively worthless offer. This is just sad. When I actually contacted them over 4 months ago, they absolutely refused to help me. Considering their reply here, they even knew it was a common and KNOWN issue, yet they refused to help me previously. So don't trust their word. And stay away from this company if you care about any kind of customer service.

USWould not recommend Let me start by saying the people that work for this company are very nice. However, it doesn't matter if the product is no good. I would say don't be fooled by the reviews. I purchased one of their fury 2 models and it lasted two months. This has a serious design flaw. The herbs get into spices between the mouthpiece and the vaporizer creating a residue over two months or so, then it's not usable. And when I say unusable, I mean the mouth piece just falls off and cannot stay connected. I bought 4 mouthpieces and all did the same thing after 1-3 months. This ended up being a total waste of money. $100 for the vaporizer and $20 for 4 mouthpieces. You do the math. Just do yourself a huge favor and buy something, anything else. Update 1.14.2022 Company says there's sorry about this and they'll supply me with free mouthpieces. I've addressed this with them 3 times before. Now when it's publicly reviewed how much of a piece of garbage their product is, they say they'll supply free mouthpieces? Why not when I contacted you before? I contracted them and bad to pay for mouthpieces because they said it was my fault. Now that I post a public review they want to say they'll give me free mouthpieces. Why didn't they do this to begin with? It's not an issue with my taking caring of it. I clean the stinkin' thing everytime I use it. It is a big design flaw! Big design flaw. I paid $119 for a pax 2. Had it for 3 months. No issues. Save your money. This is just a bad product. I'm finished with this company and their useless product. I don't want anything from them. I'm posting to warn others. By the way, this is a mass produced heap of garbage that is marketed under many different names. They all look the same. Same garbage different name. DONT BUY!

GBAbsolutely outstanding customer… Absolutely outstanding customer service, my rouge began stating an error message and this was due to overprotective settings on newly released models. Instant response from healthy rips, standard protocol requires returning for diagnostics. However as I'm in the u.k and would have to pay postage costs. They simply asked for photographic proof, then sent out a replacement straight away! Also highly recommended their rouge, it's my third and by far best device to date! Less temp and material. For more flavour, plus vapour! What more could you ask for.
