Unfortunately my package was returned to sender as it was stuck in a post office that was closed down due to corona and they promptly contacted me and sent it back without extra charges, I'm impressed. Further to that, the Fury 2 is excellent, so discreet and neat. Thank you!

Would not recommend Let me start by saying the people that work for this company are very nice. However, it doesn't matter if the product is no good. I would say don't be fooled by the reviews. I purchased one of their fury 2 models and it lasted two months. This has a serious design flaw. The herbs get into spices between the mouthpiece and the vaporizer creating a residue over two months or so, then it's not usable. And when I say unusable, I mean the mouth piece just falls off and cannot stay connected. I bought 4 mouthpieces and all did the same thing after 1-3 months. This ended up being a total waste of money. $100 for the vaporizer and $20 for 4 mouthpieces. You do the math. Just do yourself a huge favor and buy something, anything else. Update 1.14.2022 Company says there's sorry about this and they'll supply me with free mouthpieces. I've addressed this with them 3 times before. Now when it's publicly reviewed how much of a piece of garbage their product is, they say they'll supply free mouthpieces? Why not when I contacted you before? I contracted them and bad to pay for mouthpieces because they said it was my fault. Now that I post a public review they want to say they'll give me free mouthpieces. Why didn't they do this to begin with? It's not an issue with my taking caring of it. I clean the stinkin' thing everytime I use it. It is a big design flaw! Big design flaw. I paid $119 for a pax 2. Had it for 3 months. No issues. Save your money. This is just a bad product. I'm finished with this company and their useless product. I don't want anything from them. I'm posting to warn others. By the way, this is a mass produced heap of garbage that is marketed under many different names. They all look the same. Same garbage different name. DONT BUY!

The HR RIPS Vaporizers I have to go as far as A 5 I forgot about the Service. 1. Affordable 2. Compares the Fury Edge with the High Priced Units. Not a problem just as good if not better. 3. Personally i have tried them all well most of them. Well lets talk Vapor The Fury 2 is right up there with the best and even better than some. 4. The Fury Edge 2 fits in your pocket 5. Quality made I have dropped mine so many times and it keeps on Ticking. 6. I can go on an on, So let me just say I did all the crazy research for you, plus I own this Vaporizer and tried several other costing $ 200. to $ 500. and more. Just get one! I purchased the Fury 2 because my old device (only 3 weeks old) stopped working. Since getting this device, I cannot say enough good things about this little workhorse and Healthy Rips' Customer Service. Awesome Fury 2 Benefits: Best benefit - hits smooth and same great flavor every single time. I will never go back to combustion!! Customer Service - have reached out a few times and they are always quick to respond and so helpful. Smart design - ergonomic design feels good to use and consistently works without flaw. Also has a high end feel. Easy to clean - everything very easy to get to and clean. Accessories - many accessories available that work actually work. Fury 2 woks just as good, if not better than a $350 device No regrets buying the Fury 2

Mouthpieces are a joke The device itself is fine and has held up pretty well over time. But as another user mentioned here, the mouthpieces are terrible. They just don't last unfortunately. They have plastic tabs that snap off, rendering them unusable. And according to Healthy Rips, the mouthpieces are not covered under their warranty... A bit of a shame that a company can't stand behind their product and help out the customers that have problems with them. Instead they throw them under the bus. As a person living in Australia, if you're buying outside of the US, they don't seem to really care about the local laws either. Here, products have to have reasonable durability. And I wouldn't call this reasonable. EDIT: I ended up contacting Healthy Rips regarding the replacement. As I would assume, anyone reading their reply would most likely assume it's pretty good will offering to replace the faulty device with the updated one. However, all they are ACTUALLY offering is for me to send me device in, to get 50% off a new device off of their own website. But only if my device is still having problems. As I've already thrown the old mouthpiece away, since it's been over 4 months since I had the issue. I can only assume anyone having the same problem would've done the same. So essentially, it's a poor, effectively worthless offer. This is just sad. When I actually contacted them over 4 months ago, they absolutely refused to help me. Considering their reply here, they even knew it was a common and KNOWN issue, yet they refused to help me previously. So don't trust their word. And stay away from this company if you care about any kind of customer service.
