Have been using their mascara and lash… Have been using their mascara and lash serum for awhile. The last mascara I ordered arrived but when I tried to take the mascara brush out of the tube it broke. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. That was February 10 and I still haven't received it. Their email says the "order is currently in the final stages of preparation, and they're working around the clock to expedite its shipment." I have emailed three times and get the same response. It's almost a month and I am out the mascara and the money! Not happy at all. I want a refund!!!!!

Best lash serum ever! I absolutely love this product! My eyelashes have never looked so long and beautiful. I would give a 5 star but when I purchased the bogo eyelash serum I only received one. Update Was contacted by ForChics company right after my reviews was posted. They sent me my missing product with no hassle. Great company and amazing products that actually work! Thank you ForChics!
