Ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd - still haven't received it I ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd, 2024. I have STILL NOT received my order. They have told me twice we will reship my order as it's stuck in transit or did they ever ship it? I told them I want a refund so I can purchase lash serum from a reliable source. How disappointing to have to wait nearly two months only to have to order somewhere else. I understand things go awry sometimes but then do an overnight courier to correct your mistake. Don't bother ordering from them. There are lots of serums on the market.

Not received order #1038 Not received order #1038 I ordered some leopard jeans on the 15th of the month, the latest day it should have been dispatched has been and gone and I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an order update and had no reply. I used their tracking page on their website to see where my parcel is, and the tracking portal gave “user error”.

SCAM COMPANY Ordered the item on impulse and decided to return it as soon as I received it. Didn’t even open the original mailing package and reached out to request the return. They ask you to ship back with your own label and they even followed up by email asking me to provide them with tracking number listed on the label. After that NOTHING. I tracked It and they received it weeks ago. Didn’t process refund and won’t return 5 emails that I sent. Just took my unopened, unused item and ghosted me. I have receipts of all the proof. Btw this is practically the same brow item as SCOROBROW

Have been using their mascara and lash… Have been using their mascara and lash serum for awhile. The last mascara I ordered arrived but when I tried to take the mascara brush out of the tube it broke. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. That was February 10 and I still haven't received it. Their email says the "order is currently in the final stages of preparation, and they're working around the clock to expedite its shipment." I have emailed three times and get the same response. It's almost a month and I am out the mascara and the money! Not happy at all. I want a refund!!!!!
