Have been using their mascara and lash… Have been using their mascara and lash serum for awhile. The last mascara I ordered arrived but when I tried to take the mascara brush out of the tube it broke. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. That was February 10 and I still haven't received it. Their email says the "order is currently in the final stages of preparation, and they're working around the clock to expedite its shipment." I have emailed three times and get the same response. It's almost a month and I am out the mascara and the money! Not happy at all. I want a refund!!!!!

the best product EVERRR I have started using this product in October and it is a GAME CHANGER!! I had an eyelash curler incident and it cut eyelashes out of each of my eyes, i seen this product on tiktok and it seemed very promising.
