Love the Brow Serum! I have been using the brow serum for about a year now. At first I used rather inconsistently, but I’ve now subscribed for the brow serum because I enjoy it that much. The brow serum is VERY effective for me. I use it with zero irritation and now have fuller, darker, and thicker brow hair. I tried the eyelash serum as well. My eyes are sensitive so I experienced some itchiness. I’d still recommend the lash serum to those whose eyes aren’t sensitive. Can’t wait to try the hair serum as well. Love the customer service, prompt shipping & excellent pricing. Great product!

Waste of money I've been using the brow serum everyday, applying as directed, since November and have been waiting in vain for some sort of result. I'm not sure how this product has so many glowing reviews, and claims results appear in as little as two weeks, because it literally does nothing. I might as well just apply water to my brows every day because that's honestly what it feels like. 0/10, would not recommend this absolute waste of money. Buy a brow pencil and just fill them in that way until they grow back naturally.

Not received order #1038 Not received order #1038 I ordered some leopard jeans on the 15th of the month, the latest day it should have been dispatched has been and gone and I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an order update and had no reply. I used their tracking page on their website to see where my parcel is, and the tracking portal gave “user error”.

Ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd - still haven't received it I ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd, 2024. I have STILL NOT received my order. They have told me twice we will reship my order as it's stuck in transit or did they ever ship it? I told them I want a refund so I can purchase lash serum from a reliable source. How disappointing to have to wait nearly two months only to have to order somewhere else. I understand things go awry sometimes but then do an overnight courier to correct your mistake. Don't bother ordering from them. There are lots of serums on the market.

SCAM COMPANY Ordered the item on impulse and decided to return it as soon as I received it. Didn’t even open the original mailing package and reached out to request the return. They ask you to ship back with your own label and they even followed up by email asking me to provide them with tracking number listed on the label. After that NOTHING. I tracked It and they received it weeks ago. Didn’t process refund and won’t return 5 emails that I sent. Just took my unopened, unused item and ghosted me. I have receipts of all the proof. Btw this is practically the same brow item as SCOROBROW
