Good to deal with them Excellent customer service. I forgot to enter the new member coupon when I ordered the first time and they gave me a credit to use the next time I ordered. Poor customer service Bought broad spectrum tincture bottle from the site 2 weeks ago. Still showing 'order placed' no shipping updates. No response from their customer service email and their chat was just a automated bot. It's a shame because I have had one product from them previously and I enjoyed it. I was looking to be a regular customer. I'll not use them again unfortunately.
