GBPoor customer service Bought broad spectrum tincture bottle from the site 2 weeks ago. Still showing 'order placed' no shipping updates. No response from their customer service email and their chat was just a automated bot. It's a shame because I have had one product from them previously and I enjoyed it. I was looking to be a regular customer. I'll not use them again unfortunately.

GBGood to deal with them Excellent customer service. I forgot to enter the new member coupon when I ordered the first time and they gave me a credit to use the next time I ordered. I was able to use that AND another coupon so got a great discount. Smart, they know how to hold onto customers. Shipping is fast with good tracking.

Sent me all the lab testing paperwork with the isolate powder I get. I've used the powder in several products and I've had great experience and results. Thank you Proleve!!!

GBBait and Switch? I had bought a couple of bottles of the Tincture but when I ordered 2 more they changed it. They aren't in the same bottles and the taste is totally different. Disappointed, kinda feels like bait and switch. I wrote the company and never received a response.

GBI frequently shop at ProLeve for the… I frequently shop at ProLeve for the wide variety of prodcts and services they seem to offer. On the whole I feel it's an almost good company. They generally have prcies that are resonable, though sometiems they seem to be a bit expensive. My experience so far has been ordinrary but not bad. They offer an aceptble selection of products, and their customer service is usually plesant though somtimes a little slow. Oanticularly when you have question that require a more detiald answer. On the whole, ProLieve is a decent company, though you do need to be a little careful whe shopping with them.
