When I went to buy my gummies I got a payment error - same thing happened when I had tried to buy CBD from another company awhile back and I never got an explanation. With proleve I got an immediate email from someone giving me another way to pay along with a discount for the inconvenience. I went through with it and received the gummies the next day. Bait and Switch? I had bought a couple of bottles of the Tincture but when I ordered 2 more they changed it. They aren't in the same bottles and the taste is totally different. Disappointed, kinda feels like bait and switch. I wrote the company and never received a response.
