They catered my needs in time which is impossible to find elsewhare. The product quality was not too bad either. Overall it met my expectations. Poor customer service Bought broad spectrum tincture bottle from the site 2 weeks ago. Still showing 'order placed' no shipping updates. No response from their customer service email and their chat was just a automated bot. It's a shame because I have had one product from them previously and I enjoyed it. I was looking to be a regular customer. I'll not use them again unfortunately.
