Shipping is late Shipping is late, i don't receive it

This was my first time on the website This was my first time on the website. It was a little confusing how to select items to purchase. Once I figured that out it went quite well and my supplies showed up in 3 days.

It didn’t really work that well It didn’t really work that well. Didn’t conform to sole of feet or did the gel soften. Maybe I didn’t do it correctly although I followed the instructions.

Excellent service from Masterfit I can't review the Masterfit insoles I purchased at this time as I've not used them and I have to rely on the advertising that they are at least as good as sliced bread. Seriously, they look to be just what I need in my ski boots and will try them as soon as I go skiing (which may be in late February). I will comment about the great service provided by the Masterfit staff in providing updated shipping information and sending these out in a very short time.

Excellent product and Service I bid & won this on a Nat Ski Council fund raiser, and was very impressed at the Customer Service and Support I received. Brian, their Marketing guy was extremely helpful at getting this coordinated and finalized, and shipping was fast and efficient. Loved the service.
