A shipping acknowledgement and tracking information would have been nice as our driveway is 1/2 mile long and closed off to vehicles unless we know someone is scheduled to arrive. I recently visited woodlanddirect.com… I recently visited woodlanddirect.com and found it to be alsmot good. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate. The product selection seemed to be okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The images were clear but the descriptions were a bit lacking. I couldn't find much information about the company itself, which was a little disappointing. The customer reviews were mixed, but it's hard to trust them completely. Overall, my experience was just alright, nothing special.

This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.
