GB⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! GBI wish I could leave no stars I wish I could leave no stars this is a joke spend $35 k with them and this stuff is junk no call back back going on two weeks now countless emails with no response. I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.

GBRegretted purchase I purchased a fireplace and told the salesman to we just started framing and it would be 2-3 months before I install. After we framed the fireplace wouldn't work. They would not except the return since it has been over 30 days. Since then i have been told by a couple installers they would never put anything from Woodland Direct in i house. They are known for fires.

GBGabrielle is the bomb 💣 Gabrielle, the sales representative was top notch all the way through the process. Answered all my questions, bought two stoves from her, whole process twenty minutes or less. Fast free shipping came as well, she kept me updated on shipping and delivery 🚚 😀
