GBSent us a broken, dented pre-used heater with missing parts. Received two patio heaters. One was clearly pre-used. Its was bent up, cut, missing parts, and was not in wrapped in packaging material. We needed this product for a party and now have only one hanging. The Sunpaks34TSR heater overall is junky in appearance and I would not buy this product again. As for Woodland, I'm hoping they will be cooperative in returning the pre-used defective product and refunding us.

CAI recently visited woodlanddirect.com… I recently visited woodlanddirect.com and found it to be alsmot good. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate. The product selection seemed to be okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The images were clear but the descriptions were a bit lacking. I couldn't find much information about the company itself, which was a little disappointing. The customer reviews were mixed, but it's hard to trust them completely. Overall, my experience was just alright, nothing special.

GBI purchased the Smart-Holder Sawholder I purchased the Smart-Holder Saw Horse/Wood Holder from you guys, a couple comments: First, it works great, no complaints after using it once for a quick job. Second, your website says it is green and made in Sweden when the product that arrived is white and made in China. The color doesn't matter but the difference in quality of steel and welds between the two could be significant. You should update your website to more accurately describe what you are selling.

GBOrdered 2 fire bowls that were supposed… Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and no update from Woodland, still sitting in "processing". Lousy communication service, no update no explanation. Would definitely not recommend Woodland Direct. Items have been paid for and no idea of where they are.
