Sent us a broken, dented pre-used heater with missing parts. Received two patio heaters. One was clearly pre-used. Its was bent up, cut, missing parts, and was not in wrapped in packaging material. We needed this product for a party and now have only one hanging. The Sunpaks34TSR heater overall is junky in appearance and I would not buy this product again. As for Woodland, I'm hoping they will be cooperative in returning the pre-used defective product and refunding us.

"Lifetime Guarantee" is not what you think I bought a high-end fireplace "Lifetime Grate" fireplace grate with a LIFETIME guarantee, which is presumably built into the price of the unit. When the unit arrived, a warning was glued to the unit that if you do not "push the ashes away from the grate while you are burning," your warranty will be voided. I guess if you don't mind constantly tending to and clearing the hot ashes that drop through the grate, you can get a lifetime of use. How on earth would i prove that if the unit fails? Bull%$# Lifetime Guarantee. Too heavy to ship back, but otherwise would send it back. Also came in a completely ripped up box.

Great customer service experience We purchased a Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace locally in Denver, not long after purchasing our new home, sadly we weren't ready for install for quite some time. By the time the installers arrived on site, they opened the box to discover that our unit was not the correct unit for the application. And the local company did not stock the correct unit. Worst case scenario. After a quick online search, I discovered Danny Landon at Woodland Direct, who had the correct unit for my install, answered all my questions and had the unit out the door and into our appreciative hands in just 7 days. The unit and timing were perfect. I cannot say enough about Danny's professionalism and understanding of a difficult situation. Our contractors completed the build-out and we could not be happier. I recently visited woodlanddirect.com… I recently visited woodlanddirect.com and found it to be alsmot good. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate. The product selection seemed to be okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The images were clear but the descriptions were a bit lacking. I couldn't find much information about the company itself, which was a little disappointing. The customer reviews were mixed, but it's hard to trust them completely. Overall, my experience was just alright, nothing special.
