not recommended I ordered firepit logs on Oct 9th, not the ones I wanted because the salesman said they weren't in stock but had another set that was, so I ordered those thinking I was going to receive them in 7-10 days ..........nothing no word from anyone so I called after two weeks and the person said they would go out by the end of the month! If I had known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. these people are reactive, not proactive, management needs to train their people on what customer service should be. I don't recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP!
