⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! Our deepest THANKS to all at Woodland Direct!

not recommended I ordered firepit logs on Oct 9th, not the ones I wanted because the salesman said they weren't in stock but had another set that was, so I ordered those thinking I was going to receive them in 7-10 days ..........nothing no word from anyone so I called after two weeks and the person said they would go out by the end of the month! If I had known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. these people are reactive, not proactive, management needs to train their people on what customer service should be. I don't recommend them.

This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.

Ordered Modern Flames Redstone 36"… Ordered Modern Flames Redstone 36" Electric fireplace insert. Arrived in a few days, box a little beat up by Fedex but everything was good due to it was double boxed! This is a high quality fireplace that looks great and comes with every possible extra part that you may need to complete installation. Measurements given where right on. Easy to install. Has so many options for color and flame size, so you never get tired of looking at the flames!

I wish I could leave no stars I wish I could leave no stars this is a joke spend $35 k with them and this stuff is junk no call back back going on two weeks now countless emails with no response. I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.
