⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! I recently visited woodlanddirect.com… I recently visited woodlanddirect.com and found it to be alsmot good. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate. The product selection seemed to be okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The images were clear but the descriptions were a bit lacking. I couldn't find much information about the company itself, which was a little disappointing. The customer reviews were mixed, but it's hard to trust them completely. Overall, my experience was just alright, nothing special.

Gabrielle is the bomb 💣 Gabrielle, the sales representative was top notch all the way through the process. Answered all my questions, bought two stoves from her, whole process twenty minutes or less. Fast free shipping came as well, she kept me updated on shipping and delivery 🚚 😀

Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed… Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and no update from Woodland, still sitting in "processing". Lousy communication service, no update no explanation. Would definitely not recommend Woodland Direct. Items have been paid for and no idea of where they are.

Poor delivery experience & bad quality Terrible delivery experience and poor quality of clay chimney pot. Item was just dropped off at the street without any shipping notifications or delivery heads up at all. Received an email after it was delivered. Then we were disappointed when we opened the box to find 9 significant chips and one big area where poorly matched paint was applied to cover a damaged area. However they made everything right and minimized the hassle factor.
