Ordered Modern Flames Redstone 36"… Ordered Modern Flames Redstone 36" Electric fireplace insert. Arrived in a few days, box a little beat up by Fedex but everything was good due to it was double boxed! This is a high quality fireplace that looks great and comes with every possible extra part that you may need to complete installation. Measurements given where right on. Easy to install. Has so many options for color and flame size, so you never get tired of looking at the flames!

I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.
