This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Garret followed up and stayed on top after a problem with an item. Me as a contractor is very nice to know that your seller stand behind the product that they sale and their customer service.

not recommended I ordered firepit logs on Oct 9th, not the ones I wanted because the salesman said they weren't in stock but had another set that was, so I ordered those thinking I was going to receive them in 7-10 days ..........nothing no word from anyone so I called after two weeks and the person said they would go out by the end of the month! If I had known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. these people are reactive, not proactive, management needs to train their people on what customer service should be. I don't recommend them.
