Sent us a broken, dented pre-used heater with missing parts. Received two patio heaters. One was clearly pre-used. Its was bent up, cut, missing parts, and was not in wrapped in packaging material. We needed this product for a party and now have only one hanging. The Sunpaks34TSR heater overall is junky in appearance and I would not buy this product again. As for Woodland, I'm hoping they will be cooperative in returning the pre-used defective product and refunding us.

This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.

I recently visited woodlanddirect.com… I recently visited woodlanddirect.com and found it to be alsmot good. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate. The product selection seemed to be okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The images were clear but the descriptions were a bit lacking. I couldn't find much information about the company itself, which was a little disappointing. The customer reviews were mixed, but it's hard to trust them completely. Overall, my experience was just alright, nothing special.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! Great customer service experience We purchased a Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace locally in Denver, not long after purchasing our new home, sadly we weren't ready for install for quite some time. By the time the installers arrived on site, they opened the box to discover that our unit was not the correct unit for the application. And the local company did not stock the correct unit. Worst case scenario. After a quick online search, I discovered Danny Landon at Woodland Direct, who had the correct unit for my install, answered all my questions and had the unit out the door and into our appreciative hands in just 7 days. The unit and timing were perfect. I cannot say enough about Danny's professionalism and understanding of a difficult situation. Our contractors completed the build-out and we could not be happier.
