A shipping acknowledgement and tracking information would have been nice as our driveway is 1/2 mile long and closed off to vehicles unless we know someone is scheduled to arrive. not recommended I ordered firepit logs on Oct 9th, not the ones I wanted because the salesman said they weren't in stock but had another set that was, so I ordered those thinking I was going to receive them in 7-10 days ..........nothing no word from anyone so I called after two weeks and the person said they would go out by the end of the month! If I had known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. these people are reactive, not proactive, management needs to train their people on what customer service should be. I don't recommend them.
