Regretted purchase I purchased a fireplace and told the salesman to we just started framing and it would be 2-3 months before I install. After we framed the fireplace wouldn't work. They would not except the return since it has been over 30 days. Since then i have been told by a couple installers they would never put anything from Woodland Direct in i house. They are known for fires.

Poor delivery experience & bad quality Terrible delivery experience and poor quality of clay chimney pot. Item was just dropped off at the street without any shipping notifications or delivery heads up at all. Received an email after it was delivered. Then we were disappointed when we opened the box to find 9 significant chips and one big area where poorly matched paint was applied to cover a damaged area. However they made everything right and minimized the hassle factor.

First with a glitchy pilot light, which he communicated with me numerous times and connected with the a further contact. Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. The sales person on the phone was neither kind or helpful. Tried to explain my needs but only answered in direct statements without engaging in a helpful conversation.

This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.
