Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed… Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and no update from Woodland, still sitting in "processing". Lousy communication service, no update no explanation. Would definitely not recommend Woodland Direct. Items have been paid for and no idea of where they are.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! This is an update for a Majestic Ruby… This is an update for a Majestic Ruby fireplace insert. Although it took a lot of following, tech support did send me a replacement part and my fireplace insert worked right away. The last part was sent overnight and arrived the next day.

I wish I could leave no stars I wish I could leave no stars this is a joke spend $35 k with them and this stuff is junk no call back back going on two weeks now countless emails with no response. I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.

Arrived in a few days, box a little beat up by Fedex but everything was good due to it was double boxed! This is a high quality fireplace that looks great and comes with every possible extra part that you may need to complete installation. Measurements given where right on. Easy to install. Has so many options for color and flame size, so you never get tired of looking at the flames!
