GB⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! GBnot recommended I ordered firepit logs on Oct 9th, not the ones I wanted because the salesman said they weren't in stock but had another set that was, so I ordered those thinking I was going to receive them in 7-10 days ..........nothing no word from anyone so I called after two weeks and the person said they would go out by the end of the month! If I had known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. these people are reactive, not proactive, management needs to train their people on what customer service should be. I don't recommend them.

GBPoor delivery experience & bad quality Terrible delivery experience and poor quality of clay chimney pot. Item was just dropped off at the street without any shipping notifications or delivery heads up at all. Received an email after it was delivered. Then we were disappointed when we opened the box to find 9 significant chips and one big area where poorly matched paint was applied to cover a damaged area. However they made everything right and minimized the hassle factor.

GBI wish I could leave no stars I wish I could leave no stars this is a joke spend $35 k with them and this stuff is junk no call back back going on two weeks now countless emails with no response. I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.

GBGreat customer service experience We purchased a Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace locally in Denver, not long after purchasing our new home, sadly we weren't ready for install for quite some time. By the time the installers arrived on site, they opened the box to discover that our unit was not the correct unit for the application. And the local company did not stock the correct unit. Worst case scenario. After a quick online search, I discovered Danny Landon at Woodland Direct, who had the correct unit for my install, answered all my questions and had the unit out the door and into our appreciative hands in just 7 days. The unit and timing were perfect. I cannot say enough about Danny's professionalism and understanding of a difficult situation. Our contractors completed the build-out and we could not be happier. Our thanks to Danny & the Woodland team who made it happen. It's a gorgeous unit, exactly what we envisioned.
