GBOrdered 2 fire bowls that were supposed… Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and no update from Woodland, still sitting in "processing". Lousy communication service, no update no explanation. Would definitely not recommend Woodland Direct. Items have been paid for and no idea of where they are.

GB⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service above & beyond! They did a great job in designing & building "custom" fire pit equipment for us! FEDEX messed up & lost the first shipment, BUT, Woodland Direct sales (Josh Newell) & their Customer Service folks (Christina) bent over backwards helping us to get everything we needed re-built/shipped ASAP! Our deepest THANKS to all at Woodland Direct!

GBProduct is made in the USA Product is made in the USA, looks solid and has a lifetime warranty. A shipping acknowledgement and tracking information would have been nice as our driveway is 1/2 mile long and closed off to vehicles unless we know someone is scheduled to arrive. Box was left on other side of gate where it may have gone unnoticed for days had I not taken a walk in that direction.
