The staff was easy to work with and… The staff was easy to work with and delivered my customized fireplace screen with precise measurements and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for your fireplace needs.

Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed… Ordered 2 fire bowls that were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and no update from Woodland, still sitting in "processing". Lousy communication service, no update no explanation. Would definitely not recommend Woodland Direct. Items have been paid for and no idea of where they are.

I wish I could leave no stars I wish I could leave no stars this is a joke spend $35 k with them and this stuff is junk no call back back going on two weeks now countless emails with no response. I guess I’m on a waiting list. Customer service sucks. Highly recommend not going with them. I could submit videos and pictures of this junk. Crap if anybody needs to verify our clarification.

First with a glitchy pilot light, which he communicated with me numerous times and connected with the a further contact. Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. The sales person on the phone was neither kind or helpful. Tried to explain my needs but only answered in direct statements without engaging in a helpful conversation.
