I have been using Ames Walker products … I have been using Ames Walker products for years with mostly happy results until I ordered the 'travel socks/stockings' which stretched so much that they come WAY OVER the knees ... a TOTAL WASTE inasmuch as I never use them. I had ordered them at the recommendation of the person I placed the order with!

I save two thirds the price for my direct online purchase at Ames Walker. The full length medical grade comprehension stockings I wear are good looking and comfortable as well as meet my medical needs. I wear the XLrg size that fits according to the size chart. My only suggestion is that the foot is about 1/4 inch too short from the double knit heel to the double knit toe. They rarely run and always up not down. 3 pairs with daily wear last me about six months.

I have been a customer for three years… I have been a customer for three years usually get reasonably fair service. Not this time l ordered 3 pairs of compression stockings closed toed and color taupe, I received 3 pairs open toed and color nude. l paid postage as l live in Canada. they admit to their mistake but l have to pay return postage plus postage again for the exchange. Disgusting service downright robbery

Too many things disintegrating Nine pairs of compression pantyhose in a little under two months. How is this acceptable? The first set of three was two sizes too small, ordered based on the rather vague directions given on the website. Second set of three? Disintegrated within two weeks of me getting them. I contacted customer service and told them what happened. They emailed me a return label and I sent them back. I got three new pairs that also left me with a small credit on my account. Three weeks later and all three of the new pairs have developed holes. Two are completely useless and I'm not sure how long the third pair will hold together. As these are a medical necessity I will be looking at other companies going forward.

The quality is excellent. I like the variety of colors offered. I have some stockings from other companies, but the ones I reach for and wear every day are the ones from Ames Walker.
